In storm chasing there are 3 types of TORWARN's. TOR-RADAR indicated, TORR-Tornado REPORTED on the ground, and TORE-Tornado EMERGENCY. You better be under ground or your prob...ly gonna die! From looking at his phone radar screen. That storm cell didn't have the signs of a tornado forming(hook echo) on radar. So no "TOR-RADAR indicated" was issued. (Its what we stormchasers call a "Popup Tornado").

10:00 Bluish-Green sky means hail. 11:15 Cold inflow is good. It will choke the storm. Tornadoes need warm moist air inbound. 18:50 Nice lite show!
