It wouldn't have been very quick :) haha! That block has quite a few pieces... we may do this quilt as a Quilt-A-Long at some point though and then there would be step by step videos to go through!
Another wonderful pattern that uses either of your rulers! You make the cutest designs-I know I’m partial. I can’t wait to get the pattern and try it out.
You've done it again! Another super adorable design! Now Krista, if you can just create away for me to have more time to make all your awesome quilts....can't decide which one first to make. Thank you for your amazing creativity!
Oh I can see a candy quilt in my future, I will have to order this pattern😊. My goodness Krista you've done it again😁.Thanks for another quality tutorial.
Just received my first 2 patterns from you. I am a little OCD so now I want to collect all the patterns..... (always have to have the full set no matter what 😉)
I love the Ruler, Krita! I have in my kit of favorite rulers! But, I know I'm not letting this pattern slip by without purchasing it! It's sure to brighten my grandson's room for their Birthday! 😊🤗
This is such a cute quilt I love the bright colors. I wish there was a way that you could share what fabrics you use in your quilts. I did get the ombre fabric you used in your blossom quilt. I have not started it yet because I am kind of afraid that I will cut it wrong. I love watching your videos because you make it look so easy. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.
Hi Rhandi! I do SKU sheets for all my most recent patterns! They are available under the tutorials tab at kristamoser.com Here is the link to the one for this quilt. f220a29c-5e18-4367-aae9-142ef117c58d.filesusr.com/ugd/a51756_f40863ef9b304e619473d8763a4548e9.pdf
I think I would consider this a scant 1/4" on most machines... but you will have to check what it is on your machine because they are all a little different.
I would say this is confident beginner/intermediate. If you have done a few quilts and don't mind taking your time you will have great success even if you are a "beginner" :)
Just FYI, when I ironed with my wool block it warped my cutting mat even with the silicone mat underneath. But thanks for the iron tip because my last block was 1/8 inch too small!
This wasn't a fabric collection actually. I just bought the colors I liked from the solids wall at my local quilt shop... but I did do a SKU sheet with all the color #'s and it can be printed off the tutorials page on my website. Here is a link to it to that SKU sheet! f220a29c-5e18-4367-aae9-142ef117c58d.filesusr.com/ugd/a51756_f40863ef9b304e619473d8763a4548e9.pdf
I probably will not do a video for this pattern with the larger ruler, but you can use all the same lines in the same places on the larger ruler, you'll just have more of the ruler hanging off the strip or out on your cutting mat. It might help to use ruler marking tape at the 4 1/2" diamond line on the larger ruler so you can keep track of the space you won't be using on it. I hope all that made sense :)

oh my goodness! We need a watermelons and ants quilt to go with the ice cream. Come on Krista! Wouldn’t a summer sampler quilt of watermelons, corn, flowers, bees, ice cream, ants, and ladybugs with an American Flag be the most awesome ever?!?!
Gosh I like the way you think!! Yes, I'll have to start working on this idea :) I have thought about a watermelon quilt for a long time now... cute idea!!

Thank you so much!!
Loved how you showed the assembly sequence. Quick and clear without going to your machine and actually sewing. Beautiful pattern, quilt, and video.
Thank you so much Joy! It really goes together quite simply :)
great and cute quilt. I was disappointed you didn't show a quick assembly of the ice cream cone.
Have 2 of your quilt patterns so far.
It wouldn't have been very quick :) haha! That block has quite a few pieces... we may do this quilt as a Quilt-A-Long at some point though and then there would be step by step videos to go through!

Love the quilt design and you do great videos. Have you ever interchanged the to different colors for our candy?
Thank you so much Linda! Interchanged the two different colors for the candy block? I'm not sure I understand the question?
@@kristamoser When you rotate the ruler for the next cut, the top color becomes the bottom color.
@@ladyd54 Oh, I see! I have not done that because it seemed to distract from the pinwheel effect. But you could try it!
I love your new pattern ! Plus your tips on opening seams to press. No y seams ..Yippee. 🤗
