I love roses, but never wanted to commit to caring for them. I, recently, was gifted a small rose Bush from my, elderly, aunt, and, I want to make her proud, by caring for her gift to me. Your video was VERY helpful. Thank you.
Really great video. This was a nice way to put everything in a nutshell for me to understand/remember. PS. Wanted to remind people to make sure you don't use a flame around alcohol, it could easily cause a fire/serious injuries to you.
So impressd by how thorough & informative this video has been. You took me through the care & maintenance year round. Brilliant! And, you can tell that the hostess really enjoys sharing her knowledge. Thank you.
I learned about dead heading today ... after wondering why my blooms dropped and dried out.. I felt so sad doing it but after a good soaking and a good 6 hours of sunbathing the plant just LOOKED better
I agree with Daneel just by following this video I don't need to worry about anything else than watering:p your video made all my doubts clear plus taught me extra really appreciate your time and efforts for making this video
Millie was a blue tic Beagle (beagle x foxhound) and she was my 1st dog. I grew up with cats. I came home from work and there's this cuteness of a puppy tied to my apt door. I call my bro, yeah he left her for me. Long story short, I told my bro I'd keep for two weeks. That was in April 15th (tax day. I remember that bcse she was were my tax check went to get her chipped n fixed in the same week)
Planted rose cutting in September in a pot. Now winter is here. Do i need to keep them inside garage or in basement or I should leave them outside. Also let me know what care i need to take in either case. Thank you
Thank you for sharing all the information I needed to know, I appreciate it. I do have one question, nothing to do about roses I thought maybe you could help me with. I live in Texas. Normally we get very little rain , some in april but hardly any in May. This year it rained practically the whole month of May. My oleander, which I've had for over 20 years, continue to have yellow leaves. I pick them off when I see them, it's hard though because it is so thick and big. Can you tell me what causes the leaves to turn yellow? I haven't fertilized or fed it anything. Any help you could give me would certainly be appreciated. Thank you, Linda from Texas.
All of this boils down to me wishing to 'breed' a black and white rose. Millie was just black and white. If I could ' create' a true black and white, I'd name it 'Sweet Millie'
Nice video your smile is so sweet can you please help me abought my rose plants my rose plants not growth not blooming suggess me better fertilizer please reply me thank you
Wonderful video! I am new to roses and just planted several hybrid teas... they are being attacked by rose slugs (sawfly larvae) and I had tried soapy water and it did nothing.. do you have any ideas how to get rid of them?
How about some tweezers to make the mulch removal process even more laborious? Smh. Get a good leaf blower or small compressor and speed things up 100x...
She was miserable for about a week n a half, but those 2wks of a 'trial run', turned into over 6yrs until the house fire took her. The longest two weeks I've ever seen. For all my meanness Millie was my sweetness
