For a new belt installation, the belt looks loose on the drive pulley...something looks off...I can see why this setup would throw belts...my 180 it's a tough go to get a new belt on without a lot off muscle...this belt just slipped on...what am I missing??

If your clutch is still pushed in the belt will be loose
8mm is the same as 5/16
I did exactly that and my belt still comes off
Make sure your pulley are all straight
