Looks delish!!! The only thing I'd do different is after coating the bottom of the dish with shredded potatoes, I'd add some Pam or butter atop then bake until brown and crispy. My husband loves crispy hash browns with his eggs. Your complete one dish breakfast are truly inspiring. And a quick clean-up!!!

6:58 actually red peppers and yellow peppers are 2 different varieties of peppers. A yellow ine us at it's full maturity and will never turn red as yellow is the ripe stage. Same gies for the orange pepper. Usedto grow them myself so u learned all that from botany books and such a gardener lianed me. Love all bell peppers myself, with a veggie dip if sone kind. Salt salt is actually sodium where sea salt is true salt, no sodium. That's why sea salt is better for you than table salt .
