I bury cable been doing this for 12 years.I have a wife and four boys.If you drive this country roads you see alot of old schools for the low.Find you a nice ls motor or rebuild a small or big block cause i do my own motor work.Find somebody thats nice with the sewing machine take unbolt all your seats (interior).Do your own headliner dash and carpet it's easy dawg.Find somebody thats nice with that gun (paint) dont have to be a 10000 dollar paint job but buy some good paint ppg, DuPont,cerwin.Buy some nice shoes.Ive been doing this for years dawg.

Beautiful video, & this was what I was waiting for!! As many others have said on here, you don't have to be a dope boy to do this!! I don't have a Donk, but I've been interested in doing a build. This puts things in perspective. I guess what I'm wondering is what may be an average budget for a build?? Peeps puttin ZR1, Supra, & custom engine builds that would blow an average man's budget out of the water!! We're talking just engines, lol. I mean in these average builds are they doing everything? I mean chroming & dipping everything, total frame strips, a car that just needs all replacement parts, a rebuild from ground up? I'm just curious as to how a lot of the guys on budgets are starting? My interest is high, I just need advice on where to start! I have ideas on colors, guts, system, & that stuff. I'm mainly speaking of finding & doing a car itself. Anyways, I love the channel & this was the video many of us were waiting to see!! 👊🏿👍🏿💯

I'm a working man with a 73 2 door with candy. If you have work done to the original motor, it should not be more than 3k for motor work. 1k for tranny rebuild. 4k for paint and body work.your music and rims amount depends on you. Stay away from the dope boy shops. They charge more and they cater to them first.

@@ceenoom6224 Thanks bruh! I've noticed that from stuff I've seen. Congrats on your build. My uncle has an old car I thought about getting from him that I want first dibs on. He had a lot of stuff already done to it that's back original, motor included. He's getting older & not into messing with it anymore. I'd probably go through the motor again & strip the paint to the frame & gut the interior. I don't like the original color & interior it has. I'd keep the seats & all but have it done in a different color. If he let's me get it, I may not have to do all that much to it.
