I just found my new favorite chef. You have such a nice calmness in your voice, reminds me of Marco Pierre. Keep up the awesome work. Cheers from Romania!
It’s easy…4 cups water to 1 cup farina and one teaspoon of salt. It will bubble and spit for a while, just keep cooking for at least 45 minutes….give it a try😊
My stepdad made something like this when I was little, it was delicious. He also made a dish with with a dried 🐟 it was heavenly but stunk something awful. It had to be boiled for 3 days minimum.
Braised meat, sausages, etc. when it is cooled off, sliced and grilled on the bbq. I grew up on it, and my grandfather ran a grist mill in Italy where they ground corn into polenta. It’s now a restaurant/hotel called Ca Muliner (Azzano Decimo PN)
Btw, I saw your wooden spoons are darkened, I know it might be from the heat but still, you can clean them off by boiling them in a pot of water vinegar and some bread soda
@@davidfacca8899 well, my husband was a Small game and big game hunter, such is snisp, wild chicken, queal and of course big game. A big pot of trippe done properly, polenta, and game. Him and friends and me and the family , polished everything. Damned good!!!!!!
@@modestacattaruzza7400 the best! My father and my zii hunted beccace, beccacini and faggiani. And here in Canada we hunt pernice, ducks, geese, conigli and of course moose. Un bel tocio di carne con polenta, ultimo😋

Ok Chef! I'm game for that recipe!
I too, like strong flavors... and leave garlic in the dish. Looks like something right up my alley.
We made this tonight (white grits instead of polenta b/c we're "southern" Italian) and it was very tasty.
Just found the channel...subscribed
I love it chef! I thought I was the only one around who likes smoked herring....not to mention anchovies and sardines :)
Yum, Herring is a wonderful fish! I never made polenta from scratch but that looks so easy to do! Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching!! :)

Good idea!
Trippe, but too long to go into that. Also with baccala` wich is cod Stew. So many things. Look that up and you will find it. Ask massimo.
If I had one last meal on earth, it would be trippe, and then i would die happy👍🏽😁
Baccalà i never acquired a taste for
