Hi Long Nguyen, I'm not 100% sure what the problem is with 'and what happened'. Maybe if Paul had said 'what happened next' it would be clearer? He is asking what the result was when Bob stopped answering the emails. Google translate tells me that in Vietnamese it's và sau đó những gì đã xảy ra, but of course I don't know if that is exactly correct or not!
