Good series. Been using E-sword for years, learning new things through these presentations.

Hey Kale, I have really been enjoying this video series. One thing you might want to mention if you haven't already is that when you install the software, E-Sword puts a file folder in your computer's "documents" page where all files are stored. If you buy a new computer and you want to keep all of your notes and topics that you have saved, you can go to that folder and right click and copy the journal.jnlx, study.notx and topic.topx files. and save them on a thumb drive. When you install E-Sword on your new computer, go to that file in your "documents" page again, open it, then copy the files from your thumb drive and paste them into the new E-Sword folder. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing files, click yes and you will have your notes, journal, and topics that you saved from the old computer.
There may be another way of doing it, but that is the way I have always done it.

How do I save all my Study notes, Topic notes, and Journal notes on my computer hard drive in a separate file outside of e-sword.
I am planning to type up all my notes onto e-sword, but I would like to save the study notes on my computer as I am writing them.
I have noticed that when I downloaded e-sword there were files created in "My Documents" on my hard drive. I have started to type some notes but they don't seem to appear in the files created when I downloaded e-sword.
My only concern is that I type up thousands of notes in e-sword and one day my laptop will crash and I will have to type them all up again or lose them.
If there is a way to save my notes on both my computer and e-sword please could you let me know how I can do that.

I appreciate your tutorials very much and I personally use e-Sword on PC and Android Tablet. If I could make a suggestion for the benefit of us older people: if you increase the font size in your e-Sword window (which I know you can do) before you record the video, it would make it a lot easier for us older people to view it. Otherwise the videos are terrific, Thank You so much.

I agree. I actually recorded all of these tutorials in one day. Didn't realize how small the text appeared until they were all done. If I do more in the future I'll definitely increase the text size. Thanks for watching, and thanks for the encouragement. God bless!

Tip: if you use something like Google Drive or OneDrive, set the User Files Location (found under Resource Options) on all your e-Sword installation to a path under the service. For example, I have set my User Files Location to "d:\onedrive\e-sword". Now any time I set a highlight, markup, or create a note (Journal, Study, or Topic) they appear on my other computers. You may need to restart e-Sword to pick up changes on another computer.

I have been searching how to delete a note, specifically study note, but did I miss that?

If I wanted to print all my study notes or all mt topic notes how would one do that

In the editor, there is a print preview button beside the save button. Click on print preview, and from there you can print by clicking the printer button. This works for each individual note, but I don't know if you can automatically print all of your notes in one go. You probably have to print them off one at a time like this.

Not sure what happened here but the video and voice are completely out of sync. RUclips at its finest.
