Hello yes. All at the same time for VISA D. All requirements for VISA D from embassy list all at the same you have to submit. Inside embassy. Once its your schedule, Marriage preparation requirements will be first submitted in different section, then next once your done with Marriage prep. submisison, you will go naman sa VISA section to submit visa D requirements

Because she went to a office and they just gave her a family permit forum A2 forum. ?? Hi hindi ko po iniwan, dinala ko rin po ung original passport ko mismo then binalik rin nila sakin after ko masubmit and magbayad sa embassy. Then bumalik lang ako together with my passport nung approve na yung visa ko. ☺️

Hello, We gona process soon on the embassy for weeding visa. We will use the fact we are togethers in ph to go apply. We have questions about the interview. Is there a minimum time u must know each other? If you go togethers, will there be an interview? Can u tell me a litle more how was your interview please? Ps: there is a tip for peoples with kids, you must apply for reunification visa for the kids in same time that u apply the spouse visa D. The embassy will transfer the requests togethers and kid will be able to follow parent but u need wait to see if both visa accepted.
Hello, about the interview yes there will be an interview in Civil Section in Embassy, the consular officer will ask you questions either your alone or your with your partner. Its all about your relationship, when did you met, how did you met, how long you know each other, how many times you already met. Its also about both of your Jobs, what are you doing to to your jobs, how many siblings your fiance have. For other questions it will be depending on your case, all the things about you and your partner will be asked, and questions for interviews will be not the same since it’s depends on cases. After interview you have to fill out forms in civil office section. For the length how long yoh know each other there is i think there is no minimum length of time, as long as the consular office is convinced with your relationship that its genuine. Thats the most important one.

Honestly depending on the case sometimes they ask few questions sometimes the ask many but nothing to worry about just reply honestly and it will flow alright. They just asked me if we know each other in person i answered you want pictures 😂 we have been 13 years together of course we know each other and that was literally the only question they asked me.

Yes if you are late registered need mo magsubmit ng mga addional req. ni embassy, and for your question about civil registrar or PSA im suggesting to ask Embassy directly kasi i am not sure about this one since i am not late registered, I just shared in the video what is listed in the List from Embassy,. Then the last one Either of the two, grade card or TOR . For updated requirements you can email embassy here: manila.visa@eda.admin.ch since maybe there is a update in a requirements ☺️

Hi! Your Partner here in Switzerland should communicate as well in his respective Cantonal Migration and civil office. And you should email the respective embassy where you submitted your application. Sometimes it takes time, depending on volume of applicants in your canton. And it will also vary depending on your case. Be patient and Keep in touch to the embassy and your partner in his respective canton

First you have to send that positive confirmation to your respective migration office then You have to wait first mail from Migration Office for the Official Letter for the Entry. Then embassy of Switzerland in Philippines will contact you via email if u can already send your passport for your visa sticker

Hello it means u have to fly to Switzerland within that period. So kailangan makalipad kana within that 3 months dito sa Switzerland. Residence permit will be given to you after you got married here in Switzerland

Hello! Once h collected everything in checklist you can email Embassy of Switzerland that u will submit requirements then ask for appointment from them, they will give you appointment day when u can submit ur requirements and payments

Hello! I am not sure about this your first question. Its the best to email directly the Swiss embassy if its possible. Second question. We waited 2 months. But it depends on which canton are you and its case to case basis. So its gonna be different timeline,.

Just be overprepared bring everything especially if this is your first time traveling internationally, must have CFO STICKER and CFO original certificate and ofcourse valid passport plus visa

Do you already undergo with your counseling? If not you have to undergo first before getting certificate. If yes, please contact your counselor then they will instruct you the next step

Hello! Proof of singleness of your partner is like you CENOMAR in philippines. I am just not familiar with legal capacity to get married. But if you have the same country as mine Switzerland the only needed is they call it here “Zivil Status zertifikat” thats their proof of singleness like our CENOMAR your fiance can order it place of his origin.

Hello! Once h collected everything in checklist you can email Embassy of Switzerland that u will submit requirements then ask for appointment from them, they will give you appointment day when u can submit ur requirements and payments

Just be overprepared bring everything especially if this is your first time traveling internationally, must have CFO STICKER and CFO original certificate and ofcourse valid passport plus visa

Do you already undergo with your counseling? If not you have to undergo first before getting certificate. If yes, please contact your counselor then they will instruct you the next step

Hello! Wala po akong visa consultant. DIY po ito lahat. If you will not declare you will meet someone here in Switzerland, and you can prove enough/sufficient funds to support your stay in Switzerland under Tourist Visa then you can apply.

Hello! Proof of singleness of your partner is like you CENOMAR in philippines. I am just not familiar with legal capacity to get married. But if you have the same country as mine Switzerland the only needed is they call it here “Zivil Status zertifikat” thats their proof of singleness like our CENOMAR your fiance can order it place of his origin.
