Love this car & channel
Car sounds great especially with the turbo whistle but just my opinion, the pops and bangs are too aggressive. That’s just my opinion, otherwise sick ride man. I just picked up a 2020 540i
I am a fan of more turbo / BOV sounds and less exhaust.
Question when you’re in DS mode not manual shifting it yourself, the car still expects you to shift correct? I did a pull in DS mode the other day and the car was in first and it hesitated shifting into second
If youre in DS you can drive it like auto but the shift points will be higher

Turbo sounds are unbelievably loud
Turbos are beautiful, a little too low imo but everything else about the car is perfect, I would do less pops but awesome car man, I’m hoping to pick one up soon

do you know how to fix the ambient lighting, the spots that don’t work.
Get some polishing compound from an auto store like autozone, then get a foam applicator pad and polish your ambient light strip. For best results remove the lighting strips to fully clean them. Should work
I'm thinking this or s550. I just want a 500hp sedan and the B58 is more than capable. The pops are not gonna make it into my ride though.

Aggressive pops are known to come from bmw’s
A camaro ss popping down the road would probably sound good but it’s a beemer thing, that’s why the “too much pops” isn’t good came about but I’ve never heard someone say a bmw pops to much they literally do from the factory lmao beemers are supposed to pop

In city you get realistically about 12l/100km . On highway you can pull 6.5l/100km

@@limitless.M5 I would personally suggest no burbles, sounds so much better without them in my opinion. It's your vehicle so keep the burbles if you like them :)

No but once you do down pipes get one that is 3” all the way through not tapered

what type/size tires you run on the 540 bruv? I have the stock run flat right now. Im thinking about going non run flat with the michelin pilot sports and maybe a little wider. Just dont know what size would be valid

R19 would be front 245/40 rear 275/35
@@MallyG30same size on both axles makes sense for winter tires to pick narrower one of the two reccomended
im running my g31 540i on winter 245/45 r18 all round
