We've started controlled crying sleep training with my 11 months old baby boy. The main issue we have, is that every time after a few minutes letting him cry when I'm going to comfort him by patting or even cuddles, he isn't settled ..crys and screams for a long time until he struggles to breathe properly and it gets quite hard to calm him. I couldn't find any solution for it.. ☹ so what would be your recommendation? Is that normal?
