2010 Ford Explorer C1278 Service RSC Now

ABS module is setting code C1278 steering wheel angle 1 and 2 signal fault and instrument cluster displaying Service RSC now. Column and sensor was replaced but code returns...until now. I have spoken to the actual owner of the vehicle since the fix and he says problem hasn't returned.
