10:09 and this is what i call hackery. No breakout board? No problem, i'll just grab some enameld wire and slap the shit out if it with adhesive tape :D Much appreciated :D
I’ve wondered about using a 1st gen iPad Pro screen in a Thinkpad x61 with a custom motherboard. I believe it is an LTL129JL01-A03, which panelook says uses eDP but I can’t find a datasheet. In theory, could I just plug it into something with eDP and it would work? Probably has a weird connector or something though.
After doing re on this touch bar, do you think if its worth doing reverse engineering on third party mpip screens ( Smartphones, tablets) in general to use them in hobby projects?
11:36 MOAR OF THIS STUFF:D i haven't had such good time with youtube for long ago... Chapeau bas dude
duuude you are a beast! Man I also wanted to do that a couple months ago but I failed due to the lack of knowledge and experience. Good work bro!
Very impressive reverse engineering!
OMG, this is amazing! Please do more with this screen!

Wow, amazing work! Did you already try reading back touch interactions from the screen?
As far as I know, someone else in the community is working on that but hasn't got that fully working yet
THANKS!!
Hi, this is great news!! and great work . Thanks for sharing , is it possible to drive the screen from a controller like raspberry pi ?
Nice.

Impressive! What model is your Siglent oscilloscope?
Hello, where can i find instruction (or watch video) how exactly connect touchbar to esp32?
i'm pretty sure the esp32's aren't fast enough to do high speed mipi dsi

after watching this video i am sure you and i and everyone with opposite thumbs will be able to do so.
wow
真的太棒了
给力给力!!
I was planning to use the screen for a small project with my raspberry pi. Big F, can't understand 95% of the video. :D
Imma download this video before you go ""missing"" lol
reading my mind ;] youtube-dl is a godsend
ok so... queso haha, perfection
