Hey guys - loving your content! Can you talk about your washing process for when you thrift items? Are you doing yourself or using a service?
So if the item is in good shape and smells fine we don’t wash it. If there are any stains or smells we will wash them ourselves!

We have a route of our favorite stores that we take every Thursday. Normally the farthest we go is around an hour away and then work back to our warehouse. Sometimes we do go a little farther if we hear about a good sale!
What if someone messages with a question & you need to pull the item? Do you just repackage it?
Yeah we normally do that. The poly mailers are still cheaper than the clear cellophane bags so it makes sense.
whats up fellas! i was wondering have yall ever had a problem with the polymailer ripping on arrival to customer . i usually put my items in cellophane just in case the bag rips or if it rains and also for looking more professional,then when they are ready to ship i put them in polymailer . Curious because cellophane is a cost and limits my time.what would you say about that. Should i just change it to just polymailer like you guys ?
Hey! We’ve never had a customer complain about how the package looks. If you ship it quick they typically don’t care. We’ve only had two issues with a polybag getting ripped and that’s because they got caught on the USPS conveyor belt. So it was covered by insurance. However, if it is a more expensive item (say $30 and up), or the bag wasn’t sealed very well when we originally packaged it, we will double bag the item just to be safe. We used to use the cellophane bags too, but we switched to this method because it’s more cost efficient and quicker. Even when we double bag.

Im listening to some of your older videos while im listing. I hate patagucci too. But i also hate that you guys dont pronounce lauren correctly. Most youtubers do it but its always cringy to me. Poor Ralph. I know their corporate hates it too.

@ResaleBrothers its a weird thing because some of the biggest yt channels have been saying it wrong for years. I tutor new English speakers with accent reduction and I always try to use word association rhyming like boring loren, not a wren bird and use pictures. Language interesting to me. I've been listening to long documentaries lately while I list. I have to check out your new videos. I like to see families who can work together. Your parents did something right.
Yeah it’s the worst when you’re on camera and you don’t know how to pronounce the brand haha. But language is definitely interesting. Especially English and how our pronunciation works.
And thank you for the compliment! We definitely have our moments where we argue but we are really glad we get to work together and succeed together! It’s almost more rewarding doing it together!
@ResaleBrothers if you ever want more comments on videos you can open it up to ask viewers to comment on right way to pronounce brands. People get nuts about it but it can be fun, especially when people from other countries like France give us all a lesson. French brands kill me. OK back to work.
