Thank you so much for this! Just started running and I find this so much more enjoyable... feels like I'm actually there!

Thanks for this. Simple, lovely scenery and sounds and no one yelling motivational stuff at me. Perfect!

      Thanks mate,
That was the whole idea for the series when we have to exercise indoors. While you’re sweating, I’m sweating! As Yoda says, “do it or do it not”. Yelling at you on a video is never going to work.
Best of luck with your running adventure

Thank you so much for these videos! It’s easier on my joints to run on my treadmill but these videos are the next best thing to running outside. I’m doing Couch25K to get back into running after a short hiatus and I love the structure it provides.....wish me luck!

Hi, I'm glad the channel can assist you and I wish you an enjoyable return to running. Although I can run I have completed the program a few times when returning from long injuries. Have you had a look at www.reddit.com/r/C25K/ where others are completing the same journey. Go achieve your goal!

@@TreadmillPack it certainly did. I’m working my way through them now and find them as an excellent way to take my mind off the actual running part.
Thanks for taking the time to make this.
