Does the SD Card Adapter need to be formatted in addition to the Micro SD Card itself? Also when activating it online, do you have to enter the dashes along with the letters and numbers? Is there a video showing how to activate it online instead of the APP?
Hi Timmothy, you will need to format the Micro-SD card and the SD cable adapter. The activation code can be scanned or entered manually please do not enter the dashes only numbers and letters are included in the activation. The activation code should never contain any of the following numbers: 0, 1, 8, 9. If you are entering these numbers the zero should be an ‘o' and the 1 should be an 'i’. Iv never seen a cellular camera under $350-$500ish and y’all have one for 140 and it looks nice , and then this adapter how can this make any camera cellular activated if there no camera built into it ?
Hi there Justin , the Cell-Link will be connected to the chosen camera and with the SIM Card that it comes with will be able to have cellular signal and have the pictures taken on the camera's SD card sent to the Spypoint app ! -EM

Greetings! The micro SD card is not included in the purchase. I am sorry we fail to say things clearly, it includes the Adapter cable not the micro SD card. Users need to purchase the card themselves. Just make sure it should be class 10 and between 2-32 GB. Thank you -SW

My camera only sends me pictures when I am near my camera even tho I have animals passing in front when I’m not there (I put a second camera to see) I have full bars or service and it says 100% on the app what do I do please help

I have followed all the steps and it will not activate my camera. The error message is "A problem has occurred while activating your device". I have a strong signal strenght.

@@Spypoint not sure what's not working. I've tried reformatting the SD card adapter 3 different times. Each time it says it's working fine and has no issues. Once I plug it into my spy point camera, it says "please format the SD card". So I go to settings and hit format. After it says formatted I turn the camera on, wait 5 minutes and walk past it multiple times and it still doesn't send me the photo. My signal strength on the cell link shows full bars before turning off the lights so I know that isn't the issue.
