I like to think the whole "price" thing is relative to what they are doing. Basic spells come from learning and memory. Using your own energy to port around. Using a spell to conjure up a demonic spawn of satan to unleash it upon storybrooke or alternative area probably has a higher price to pay than just "you know the spell". The dark curse is caused by the sacrifice of what you love most. The price is losing someone that dear to you, that it is the full cost of a reality changing spell. The refund policy in that respect is quite funny when you consider the fact true loves kiss breaks it. You can't break your own dark curse.
@@frogradar but there could be loopholes and twists too. When Drizella forced Regina to cast the dark curse they changed the ingredient to blood of a witch (Regina) who crushed the heart of the thing she loved most and Drizella didn't pay price for that.
The difference between Zelena being iconic and all of the other characters being iconic is that with all of the other ppl u have to really look for the iconic moments and remember them. but with Zelena, every f*cking scene that she's in has an iconic Zelena moment because she's just iconic with no effort u guys. u don't even have to look for the moments.
