I'm so tired of working for business owners that don't know how to run a business and I feel like I can do it myself running my own business I'm in IT for almost 15 years and I find automation to be very interesting. I would love to just do that for clients. It's the selling myself part that takes a lot of energy out of me
I run a marketing agency We do pretty much everything that will put you right in the face of your potential customer. We could work on something together. What do you think?
That's exactly the type of business i was looking for but was struggling to mould an offer like you did perfectly. Congratulations for the video. Count on me as an active collaborator if you will.
Hello Sam.This is the first your video I ever watched and have to say it's awesome. Previously I had an idea how I can automate my relatives truck business to increase their efficiency. But the approach you suggested is much broader and it takes the idea to a brand new level. Subscribed.
Wow, awesome concept and business plan. You laid out all the fundamental concepts and general steps. This is the second video of yours I have watched and I have to say your content is awesome! You have a new subscriber here and I’m going back to watch all of your videos. Keep up the great work!
Hi Sam, Great content. You are doing a great job. How about providing additional Excel Dashboard, Website developement and SEO along with the automations you have mentioned. I think that would be an interesting package for small businesses.
This video serves as a valuable reminder to leverage the experience of others in order to make informed decisions and propel your business forward. Navigating the research and development stage becomes much smoother when guided by individuals who possess market knowledge and insights. Their expertise can help startups avoid costly mistakes and increase their chances of success.
Great video! Any suggestions out there on how to manage multiple clients within zapier? Do they each have their own zapier account and I log into their account to make the zaps and do maintenance each month?
12:00 step nr one of being a good salesman, never say its too expensive (if you can motivate the cost) say "wow i think its cheap considering you save XXX hours per week which iguess costs a heck alot more per year than our price right?". You are all welcome brothers
I suppose that the costs for Zapier and other apps are then for myself right? To create stickiness. And also you could say that is part of the maintenance fee?
I think you're missing a few points here. Do you make 10,000 a month that means you have to get four new clients. By the end of 3 months you'll have 12 client which could become very complex when servicing them each month. Most clients under these circumstances will have multiple issues and want to contact you several times a month
Naw, the cannot miss idea is selling costly Notion Templates to people who should learn how to do it themselves. In my day, it was Microsoft Word Templates to aspiring writers. 😅

This idea seems to be more relevant than ever. I'm not even in the automation space (yet) and I keep getting requests to do marketing automation work.
Each time I have lows, I re watch your video, it helps me to stay focus and go through the storm. Thank you.
Update.
I now have 2 clients and get $300/month. It took me 5 months and a lot of hard work.

Hey Sam, just a quick question. Should customers pay the fee for Zapier subscription?
And after you've done this a few times, find a business that could benefit massively from your touch, and buy it.
this is a fantastic video!!! thanks for sharing!
This is really good advice thank you
