Always felt the same about Neymar being underrated. Immense amount of goals/assists for the amount of injury time he accumulated, all while dancing around his opps.
Plus, every season, he was the most fouled player of the season. Nearly tripling second place's rating every year! I think, but don't quite remember, every 3rd or 4th match so far in his career, he walked off the pitch with bleeding ankles.

The closest player in my opinion to Messi and Ronaldo was Neymar but his attitude for me is what made him fail to get to that level
Tbh there's been points in neymars career were you could genuinely argue he was playing at messi or cr7 level however he didnt have the longevity of those 2 but I do feel like people need to realise that not every footballer will have a freakishly long prime like the way messi and ronaldo have, neymars prime was still longer than the average players especially for a Brazilian and you have to commend that
