Calafiori is not just a modern day defender..Not just a ball playing defender but classic as well.. He's got defensive prowess
Yes he's great but Stuart is right. He may have some minor issues defending out wide
How does no one at Talksport know that Calafiori started as a LB & has been a CB for 1 season? If Stuart done his research he’d know he’s been defending wide spaces the majority of his life…
they dont do research
I hope no one takes White & Jordan for granted again.
Whatever Jordan is on, double it 😂
@@plmc24071991double crack?
Love em both
what happened to them?
Best collection of Defenders since I last visited a Land Rover forecourt.
Poeple keep saying the Pep Effect, Arteta actually did this 1st. He played CBs across the backline before Pep
I remember Wenger doing it against Stoke! But that was partly because of a fullback injury crisis.
Myth - Pep played Boateng at right back when pushing Lahm into midfielder almost ten years ago
Difference being PEP WINS STUFF 😂
i dont think city win stuff based on defenders only though ? according to somethings you read.........
@@danhouw7972 Wenger did this because of injuries not because of a tactical change. Wenger was not the thinking manager most thought he was
No one had heard of Calafiori before the Euros, now everyone's an expert
Always the way
Calafiore started playing LB. Motta made him CB last season
16 goals from full back , what a season!
Same Stewart Pearce that predicted arsenal would drop out of the top 4 last season btw
and the thick c*nt thought Berkamp was a bad signing
I also liked to see how Spurs used their inverted fullbacks, especially when the goals flew into their net 😂😂😂
I think Stuart Pearce was the last old fashioned left back ..strong ,fast & big & rarely get injured.. then it was Ashley cole, shaw who are shorter but more skillful & injury prone but not as fast ,strong as Pearce & the word tough as nails as Samson in the 80s for England ,later on Stuart Pearce in the 90s ..
Stuart pearce, explaining the potential strengths of someone he has never watched.
Calafiori - the FM legend since 2017 😂🙏🏽
Riccardo Calafiori will make Arsenal successful this season.
He can be CB or LB for our club.
Calafiori will definitely keep Timber and Tomiyasu out of our back four on the left.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not sure about Timber he’s a hell of a player Calafiori could challenge Gabriel for his place as well
@@absshire7984 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ahh yeah thanks guys we’ve had the European football experts opinion on Calafiori now let’s have the opinion of Stuart Pearce that’s what we needed
Experts have now dived in 😂
Oh look...another one employed by talksport thats a spud...
Its 260 not 360 goals for Shearer
I thought the same.. lol😅🤔🤔🤔
Weeee have an Italian in defence , wee have an italian in defence....we have an italian in defence no rival can say thatttt 🎵🎵
He speaks well
The problem is Kane ain’t in the box even if they cross the ball
I miss a powerful ball carrying Centerback. Bursting forward disrupting everything.
Theo Hernandez still has that
Calafiori can do that
@@Rayado_26 He's a left back
Easily the best transfer of the summer IMO. Steal at $50m
Yet transfers are still ongoing. So premature
@@isaacjacobs3785 might be premature… only my opinion based on quality skill level age compared to transfer fee. I watched him ply a lot last year.. seems solid and built for the premiership
😂😂😂
Who is he and is he good
Arsenal need to rest key players like Saliba, Saka and Rice. Becuase they could end up being burnt out and get long term injuries.
Pep is destroying the game. It is boring watching football. Bring back 4 4 2
This must be the most stu pidest clueless comment I've seen this week.. Pep is the one who made football much more entertaining after Cruyff left Barça..
He made your si lly boring league more fun.. Before Pep, Prem was just a pack of head less running chickens.. Un grate ful pr icks
4-4-2 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 How are you telling me Pep ball is boring but a 4-4-2 and just sit back in your own half isnt?
@@_A7X If you had any football knowledge, you'd know that Wenger played possession based football in premier league before Pep even started his managerial career. So Pep took inspiration from Wenger.
@@mikerotchburns2568 Possession isn't Tiki-Taka 🤡
@@mikerotchburns2568 Pep took what from Wenger?? 🤣😭 He learnt from Cruyff 🤡😂
Foreign clubs love to sell a dream to english fans and clubs. Overrated player😂
