Extreme Pro simply has nicer feel imo, I was using Lynx Tour at 52lbs and just been using Hawk Touch the last few weeks and I’m preferring it as it’s far softer on my arm and really has tremendous grip and power with beautiful pocketing..People say the only negative is that it’s tension maintenance isn’t great, but I string my own racquets so that’s not a concern and on top I really like the spongy feel once the tension dies a bit, still has great rip at low tension
@@TheTennisDaddy Yeah Hawk touch is definitely underrated!
I want to try the Bab Aero 98. I have the Head Extreme Pro 2024. Love it. Great balance and can control its spin very well. And I think it plays better without a dampener.
Yes agree the feel is good without a dampener on this one!!
I’ve heard many saying that the aero is more powerful and I’d say absolutely not. I have both mine with tour bite 1.30 at 55 lbs which is nuts to me but it’s what it takes to control it sometimes. I may need a dead string like confidential or hawk touch.
Both rackets with 1.30 tour bite came in at 326 329 sw. I’ll be bumping it down but a lighter string and high tension.
It’s super powerful and I also tried lynx tour and that controlled the power more then tour bite at 1.25.
But I agree this racket is crazy powerful if you want to attack with spin because it does bring the ball down. Pure aero is a little more loopy and extreme pro is little more drive and it may because the extreme pro is slightly more trampoline like and the ball comes out with a punch and then drops vs a more reactive pure aero where you hit a loopy shot.
The extreme pro is definitely more a flat hitting with top spin vs getting under it which you can do also.
This is all my opinion based off the strings I used.
Thanks for the detailed feedback and stringing info!🎾🎾
You should also try dunlop sx300 tour. Insane spin.
@@francomlcortez I would love to! Maybe Dunlop will send me a demo🤞🎾🎾
Thanks Coach Alex! Head Extreme for me 🌟💪🎾 what did you make of the situation between Belgium and Chile in Davis Cup? Bergs vs Garin 😮 I've never seen anything like that before, were a guy gets knocked down! an accident I'm sure but players need to stop so much celebration 🎉 acting like every point they win is Christmas!!! 🙄😅 in my opinion! everything doesn't need to be a festival. What do you think 🤔 thanks Coach 🙏 great video!!
Yes I feel like we were at a wrestling event and not a tennis match😂 I didn’t like the way that Garin act but still can’t understand why Bergs didn’t stop his celebration
@AlexTennisChannel Yes, well said! The tennis coaches I learned from many years ago said " don't let your opponent know what you are thinking" winning or losing show your opponent the same face!! 👍 Still great advice.
What string and tension do you recommend for de extreme pro??
Head Lynx tour at 52lbs for spin and control!
So vcore 98 is not good?
No it’s good too!
Your video footage doesn't look like any lack of pace.
Body rotation, arm movement, everything looks OK, so why is there a lack of power?
I would (of course) go with the PA, although I haven't ever considered Babolat as racquets of choice.
But the less power output, the better for me.
I felt when I was hitting that the ball wasn’t as heavy as it is normally
@@AlexTennisChannel I remember barely clearing the net when trying to practice on red clay.
Start of the season, wet, cold, played on carpet before and the balls were fluffy as hell and soaked up water like a spounge. It was awful.
So I guess it was not your fault or the racquet.
Yes maybe but when you try every racquet you can still feel it even tho the surface or the balls are not ideal
@@AlexTennisChannel Of course you can. That's why I chose the less powerful one.
Maybe I should try a Prestige Classic.
Yes it would be fun to try!!
