Honda Element loose rear door striker fix

Loose rear door on your Honda Element? Check out this repair video to simplify the job.
You'll need a trim removal tool, a #2 Philips screwdriver, a collapsible/telescopic magnet, a flashlight, and some patience.
If the piece down in the frame can not be seen or located, it's next to impossible to do this repair, unless you create a slot to insert the piece. I have tried multiple times to get the internal piece from Honda, but the parts diagrams don't show it, so you would have to source that from a salvage yard. Element only piece.
