Hi Andy ! Good job cleaning your 2 planters. that 8110 looking very good like a new one . Good job Jerret ! Thanks Andy for your time and everybody have a good day at the farm !
Our Deere mechanic recommended taking the seed tube brushes out and storing them where mice can’t to them. They had a customer left seed in them and the mice destroyed them over winter.
Always something to tinker on. I used to put a liberal amount of windex liquid then put decal or placard on and line it up. Then use a credit card to sllide liquid out from behind and let it dry.Easy way to line up and remove any air bubbles.
Your Son's and Daughter's sure do excellent work in everything they do. . . I do think it time. . . Time for Alex to Shitcan the automatic transmissions and step up to the big leagues and start floating gears on the 18 speed Eaton Fuller RoadRangers. . . .
Andy, with the bolts you put in the Piviot wings, when the hitch pin broke too, just amazing to see that, you put in bolts that weren't long enough / pulling on the thread, which is the weaks part of the inch & a 1/4 bolts. So get longer boths / grade 8's. Sonny Farms had the same problem, they put in hitch pin.
That bolt was a grade 8….. what was in there was a draw pin that broke…. Look at the other side to see what we have in there. We have broke the factory pins on both sides and replaced them with draw pins.
My tractor had a small leak in the hydraulic pipe that ran from one side to the other and back up to a metering valve. So went to a dealer that could find the right piece, well eventually. In order to buy the pipe I had to buy 3 other pipes that I didn't want because they said they couldn't break up the set. A few hundred bucks but it doesn't leak anymore.
Tks for sharing. You keep your leftover seed corn until the next year? You have any problems with it coming up the next year? How about your liquid fertilizer? Jared did a great job with the tractor. Looking sharp. You have any luck with the Anti Seize? If i walk by that stuff i have all over but where i wanted it. Lmao...

Cost and Inflation You might consider buying as much seed for next year as you can afford. The cost of seed may be 30 to 50 percent more by this time planting season next year. Think about it.

Need to clear coat the hood. Would be slicker than owl shit.
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
👍
Andy just wondering what's the spacing between the rows of corn in the field?
Standard is 30".
John Deere is laying off 600 production workers because you ( and many others) aren't buying enough new equipment.
What is the first job for 8110? When is wheat harvest?
And ah yeah
What is the bluesh-green coating on the the corn seeds?
Seed treatment

What do you think about John Deere moving production to Mexico?
Greed, shouldn’t be allowed. Level the playing field. Tax their profits.
