If the US Gov decided coffee should be banned, would Jesse demand coffee drinkers be locked up & kept in prison? So it’s not the drug but it’s the reason behind it, I was a pot smoker before , and I was running away from reality thinking I was curing my depression. It was all lies all the time.

Those marijuana convictions were all plea deals from robberies, assaults, car theft and heroine dealing.
They make plea deals for pot, and don't have to go on trial for what they really did.
