    On this episode of TheFallenState TV, host Jesse Lee Peterson sits down with Jerod Zavistoski, a comedian, dating coach, and a social and political commentator. Jesse and Jerod begin by getting into a debate about atheism and God after Jerod reveals that he grew up devoutly Christian, and then later decided to become an atheist. Jesse asks Jerod where he gets his values from, now that he doesn't believe in God. They then delve into masculinity, feminism, today's dating world, MGTOW, and whether Jerod thinks like a woman or a man. Jerod responds that he does both, because he understands how to empathize the way that a woman would. Finally, they discuss a Buzzfeed article, "37 White People Need to Stop Ruining in 2018," and Jesse asks Jerod to name something major that black people have built in the past 60 years. Finally, they debate about Donald Trump. Don't miss it!

    Jesse: You know why you don’t love Donald Trump?
    Atheist: No,
    Jesse: Because you don’t love your father. How hard is it to just forgive your father. Half of his genes and blood are in you. So when you hate your father it’s like you’re hating half of yourself and that’s what people don’t understand.

      A friend of mine works from home and does much of the child rearing, as his wife is the primary breadwinner, with her job involving a lot of travel. He's a really easy-going individual, whereas his wife is more dominant. It's pretty much a textbook example of male-female role reversal. But it works very well for them and their kids, and they have a happy marriage.
      So, I guess to me the point is that there are exceptions to pretty much any rule, and I have no problem with that. The problem I have is that we've come to the point that liberal social engineers like the current radical feminists always seem to be trying to hammer round pegs into square holes by forcing people into acting against their own natures.
      They refuse to believe that fundamental differences between men and women exist, and when most men and women make the logically and predictably different choices that inevitably result in different outcomes, they assume that they are due to discrimination. If they don't see the same number of female mechanical engineers or astrophysicists, their knee jerk reaction is that that's proof of the dominant male hierarchy oppressing women.
      What they refuse to acknowledge is that most women avoid those occupations not only because they don't want them, but also because most women simply don't have the skill set, the disposition, the physical ability, or the desire to enter certain fields, such as the NFL.
      When they force radical feminism onto society, the are trying to remake it into something it isn't, and they create chaos, conflict, and social disruption in the process. When men get persecuted enough, they simply quit playing the game at all. Then, women have no man around to support them while they are preoccupied with childrearing.
      No one wins, especially the feminists, who in turn just become more bitter and resentful of the men who refuse to be exploited.

    • @grenademaster8981
      @grenademaster8981 6 лет назад

      Actually he came to FULFILL the law (Matt 5:17)...not enforce. This is a key distinction as the point of the OT law was to prove to mankind that, as fallen man, separated from God, if you wanted to be with God you would have to live a perfect life. Christ lived that perfect life for us and was sacrificed for us so that those who accepted Him would receive the gift that would only otherwise be obtained through living out the entire OT law without failing: eternal life with God. God saw that we could not ever be with him by any effort of our own (due to the condition of Sin) and so he gave us a way to be with Him. So why give the OT law at all? Why not just save us immediately? Because in order for the gift of eternal life to meaningful, in order for the love story between us and God to be meaningful, we must realize how far we fall short on our own. It is only at that point, when we realize how we will never stack up to the perfection of God, that we are in a place to accept his FREE gift to us of eternal life through the life and death and resurrection of Jesus.

    Jesse, when you say "a real man would stand up" is true, but you can't prevent getting raped and railroaded through divorce / family court. It doesn't matter how much of a "real man" you are when judges and attorneys (an your ex-wife) are stealing your money, property, and your children. All you can do at that point is be a "real man" and rebuild your life and try to be as much of a part of your children's lives as you can. I refuse to be dominated by any woman but I wasn't able to prevent the court and my ex-wife from destroying everything in my life and having to start over at 40 years old.

A cowardly dog turns its back...if someone stirs anger in you..direct it back to the person the same emotion..whether it be love or hate...this is how it was intended to be...but religion tells you to turn the other cheek so the strong can take over the weak...this is how it backfires. It hits you directly back in the gut where the emotion sprung from whether it be love or hate. treat people the way they treat YOU. If you fuck with me, regardless of who you are....mother, father, brother, sister teacher, boss, precher, cat, dog i will treat you the same. And believe me i know how to fire it directly back to my enemy.

    I've been on a kick of watching Jesse's videos, and I've come to the conclusion that he's a bot. Literally every interview comes down to the exact same format:
    Do you believe in god?
    Do you think men are better than women?
    White's are better than blacks.
    What does it mean to be a man?
    Do you love donald Trump?
    That's Amazing.
    Did you have fun?
    I've had to check to make sure I wasn't rewatching an episode just to make sure.

  • @CreditSolutionist

    Its interesting when the interviewees squirm a bit when he asks about their familial relationships, and how that could be a contributing factor to their sometimes negative outlook on life. They get slightly defensive, which is often a signal that he struck a nerve. Just an observation.
    The thing I love about Jesse is that he gets straight to the point, and asks direct questions. After watching his interview style for the past few months, I've noticed most people are uncomfortable with giving a straight answer, without disclaimers or pre-qualifying reasons behind their answers or beliefs. Amazing.

      Jesse has been born from above, by God, through faith in Christ, so he no longer has the weakness and pathetic need of identifying himself by race.
      Because of this, he is more able to judge and call out all those true racists who proudly and ignorantly identify themselves by race. I.e. the unregenerate racist tribalists who are dividing the nation.

    • @TheGlaringOne
      @TheGlaringOne 6 лет назад +3

      Great points Victoria, I've noticed the same thing, simple questions that one would on it's face think would give simple answers most of the time turn into a huge insight into how someone thinks, their insecurities and their emotions, much better than "complex" questions from most people giving interviews that have very typical, consensus approved answers. Often I see in the comments people insulting Jesse for asking such "stupid" and pointless questions and don't seem to see what Jesse is doing and how much more he is actually revealing about a person's viewpoint.

    Well the Bible does say "your adversary the devil walks the earth seeking whom he may devour". So I think maybe they did get the translation right on what Satan means and perhaps thats why he was given that name because he is an adversary. Gosh I can't stand atheists sometimes. And another correction. The Christian argument isn't that our morality come from the Bible but from God himself since we are made in his image. His very nature is the standard for morality. Which is why people know right from wrong.
    This is freaking hilarious. He's saying he gets his morals and beliefs from the culture at the time. But then he's objecting to what certain cultures did a long time ago saying he would have known better. But that's not true if you get your values from the culture. His argument makes no sense and isn't consistent at all. Good job on calling him out Jesse.
    But if morality really does come from culture then there is no real right or wrong. It would just be subjective since cultures can always change. So if someone really and truly believes that then they should never object to anything that any culture did in the past. Unless of course they don't really believe that? Lol
    And it does always seem to be that a lot of atheists always have issue with their dad. And apparently this guy is no exception. I wonder if there's a connection there.

      I'm an atheist. My father and I have no issues. He's Russian Orthodox. We embrace each other's beliefs because he isn't an evangelist and it's part of the music his career is beautifully founded on. And he respects my belief because it's founded on a deep understanding of axiology, metaphysics, and philosophy of language, and an honorable mention for logic, especially analytic logic. It's what makes our relationship wholesome.
      .... Something tells me I'm the normality for the rule, and not the exception, for those who apply their standards for family in a two way street.
      I get the impression you've never been in an atheist community, and you've instead only debated a few here and there who couldn't handle your dishonesty, and lack of actual critical thinking.
      Seriously? It's such a non sequitur between fatherhood, morality, and atheism. It's a very speculatory analysis with a lot of words and little substance.

    Joy is so different from Happiness. Happiness is externally supplied. If you have a bad day... you distract yourself with a video game or drink or have sex boom you get hooked. When you finally stop those happy things and finally face reality, you start looking for another thing that can make you happy for a moment... you're basically losing your mind and not facing your problems. Addiction sets in.
    But Joy tho.. Joy you can't find on a book shelf, or a website, it's the kind of thing were you still have peace when your loved one dies or when your house is on fire or when your life is wrecking, when you don't know when your next meal is coming from. The ability to put on a smile from within and no one can take it away! Put your Joy in the Lord. Only Christ can provide such peace through his Word. I can't explain the Joy you have when you have the Holy Spirit and Christ dwelling in your heart.
    Satan can make Happiness a tool for you to completely lose sight of Christ. Do what makes you happy? I bet Ted Bundy was happy killing people...

    I think people in this comment section have the MGTOW thing wrong .. I've gone my own way from marriage and relationships and believe me women aren't hard to acquire .. To say that guys are going their own way because they can't get women or they're gay you completely miss what it's really about .. I don't fall for those shaming tactics because I see the realness behind my stance of no marriage, no kids .. It's just being smart and realizing the juice ain't worth the squeeze .. Women aren't worth the hassle of kids and living together I think I'll pass .. To marry a women in this day in age despite the divorce stats, child support and alimony etc isn't intelligent or wise .. I won't be on youtube making videos about it because it don't make sense to try and wake people from this matrix it would be a waste of time .. I just do me and keep it pimpin and I'm happy about the peace of mind ..

    All the confused people that used to be Christians, they all from subreligions . No one orthodox , even Catholic. I am orthodox, in our bible , doesn't say nothing nowhere go to kill someone, ours gives the totally opposite meaning.

    "If I didn't know any better..." Wow, isn't that letting the cat out of the bag? On the one hand he claims that morals come from society (rape and murder, in his examples) but then says society was wrong to think that. How could society get it wrong if morals come from society?

    • @stefanbartalus4649
      @stefanbartalus4649 6 лет назад +2

      thatMimosaGrove Of course morals come from society. That's exactly why we get things wrong sometimes. And that's why moral norms change from culture to culture... Morality can evolve as society evolves. That's why dogmatism is wrong...

      If morals come from society (and there is no other source), then society can't possibly be wrong. What would "wrong" even mean? Unless there is an alternate source for right and wrong (other than society), there is no way to judge how right or wrong society has gotten something.

      Morals do not come from logic alone. Should I try to help you if you are in danger? Yes, if I am able, and especially if I am the only person around. That is the moral thing to do. But what if I am afraid of getting involved? I might get hurt. Logic tells me to protect myself. Self preservation is of utmost importance. I reason that it is better that I survive than you. Morality on the other hand tells me something entirely different. It tells me I should suppress my fear, stir up my compassion, summon my courage, and do something to help you anyway. But why? If you say it is for the benefit of humanity, I may ask why I should care about humanity unless it benefits me personally. What logic is there in caring about a stranger who will provably never be able to return the favor? What logic is there in caring about the future of people in general? If you say humanity should be preserved, I may ask simply, "Why?" You see, logic provides no answer.

      If your morals come from the society around you , you will never be grounded as a human being. You have to have morals and values that transcend the ebb and flow of culture.

    "you can't hate your father and love anybody else." Jesse Lee Peterson 2018 Nothing truer has ever been said.

    • @lynnkmiddle
      @lynnkmiddle 5 лет назад +1

      RC Addix Inc what about fathers who rape their babies, young, or teenage daughters or even sons. Should you love an evil man that even Jesus said it would be better if you were never born than to hurt one of these little ones. God is not a creator of hate and division but his judgement of those who hurt the innocents is guaranteed which means “the great white hope” is in for a world of hurting.

    • @RCAddix
      @RCAddix 5 лет назад +3

      @@lynnkmiddleJesus said that we are to forgive one another and yes that even means to forgive those that have done evil things. The Bible says in Matthew 6:15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Nobody can truly Love with hate in their heart and unforgiveness creates the sweetest of growing places for bitterness and hate. When you truly understand that concept you will understand why Jesse lee Peterson's statement is so true and Biblical. I hope you have a blessed day.

      Jesse: I realized by watching you my Sons (two) would prosper should they forgive me. How is it possible for them to do so without me being the one to tell them? They are good Men, raised fully by me and my Wife, both in their 30's now and raising Sons of their own. We don't see one another much at all, I miss them dearly. I believe you when you say they must return to their Father. How will they know, who would tell them?

      john hutcheson how badly did you fuck up with your sons. Have you asked for forgiveness. Do you actually hear yourself.

      transporter78213: Do I feel that I made mistakes as a Father? Yes. Looking back there are some things I would have done differently for sure. If I understand the message Jesse is trying to relay then I must go to my Head and ask for forgiveness of my shortcomings. That would be part of my healing process, this is not about that. This is about the healing process of my Son's, the resentment they feel for me, not the resentment I feel for myself. Asking them for forgiveness is not the same as them forgiving me.

    Or maybe American culture has been so skewed to make values more like personal convenience. Hard for anyone coming to America or young kids to know which one to live by.

    Say what you want about Mgtow, it has one truly great aspect to it; the reclamation of vital male independence. Ironically, by "giving up" on women, men regain their power, and become much more capable of relating to women in a masculine way. Beyond the sob-stories and the griping, Mgtow is the perfect remedy for the large scale emasculation of society.
