I was at the hotel when they filmed this session and at the five song set acoustic performance. I never realized how small and skinny they are. But they were gracious and inviting and I got to have my silly little picture taken with them. So many of the others at the event acted like they were just there for the booze, but I was on cloud nine. Thank you, T & S.
there where indie band in the past... so they sorta still have some indie related vocals, like if you listen too them live at phoenix couple years back or get along they sound pretty checked and vary similar to the records... but since they swaped sounds ,sothey may be a bit saucy on vocals.also what'd you expect they do like MULTIPLE takes and only chose one and it i also pieced together , its not one take.sowhatyourhearingontherecord isthere''perfect vocals'' basically endless hours of sesh's
I'm a huge Tegan and Sara fan but I've noticed that when they perform songs off Heartthrob, they don't sound as good as they usually do. Maybe the songs are harder to sing 'live'. I don't know, just my two cents.

They are doing the songs acoustically here, so that gives them a different sound too.

Yeahhh agreed. Tegan's songs especially are higher and much harder to sing live :(
