Very nicely done demo with a range of scenarios. It’s probably my OCD but it would have made more sense to have the Low setting on the heel side and the High on the toe side. With a myriad of gear with their individual idiosyncrasies to remember, it’s helpful to keep things as user friendly and common sense as possible.
Thanks for checking out the demo, glad you enjoyed it. I didn't actually think of that, but now that you mention it, that totally makes sense! I suspect a lot of people may just set it to one and leave it, but I agree with your thought there that high would be essentially "up" and low would be "down".
Hey, thanks for checking out the video. I'm not aware of any wah pedals that switch between volume and wah. There might be one out there somewhere, but I don't know of any off the top of my head. From my experience, most brands tend to keep the products separate. It would be cool if someone has made that though!
Hey, I don't have it, I only had it for a few days on loan from Dunlop for the video then I sent it back. It was a great wah and I do feel it would last a long time, Crybabys are very solid wah pedals!
My CBJ95 was hard to turn Wa off, other than that it sounded great but I returned it because I thought it's necessary to be able to turn off, I'm hoping the Mini is easier to turn off, is it?
I don't remember it being that hard to turn off, its been quite a while since I shot this video but I don't remember any issues. You can actually do a very simple, very quick mod to make tricky wah pedal switches easier to use. You need to loosen the nut that holds the switch in place on top of the pedal, take the back off and pull the switch out and there will be another nut inside that sets the height of the switch, tighten that slightly so that the switch sits higher out of the top of the pedal case. This makes it a little easier to turn on.
Man I cant wait to replace my 535q with this Junior wah. The only question is, do I sell my 535q? Or do I sell my much older GBC-95 and keep the 535q? I’m not really one to keep collections of pedals I don’t use anymore unless they are signature or rare.
The Junior is one of the best sounding Cry Baby wahs I've heard in a while. I've always been a big fan of the Cry Baby, but every now and again you hear a special one, and this is one of those! That's a tough question, out of the 535Q and the GBC95, the 535 is the more versatile of the two, but the GCB is the classic... I guess it comes down to which one of the two you either prefer or are more sentimentally attached to.
I’m not sure but it’ll probably say somewhere on the Dunlop website. It’s been a few years since this video was shot so I don’t remember what was inside

I got one of those Blackstar studio amps and they are so awesome!
They’re fantastic little amps. Simple to use and loads of great sounds

It's such a great all around guitar, it can be put to any purpose!
Nicely done Leigh. Sounds very nice!
Thank you Steven! I have a soft spot for wah pedals haha!
@@LeighFugeGuitar You did a great job showing it off! Later
Man you can make that guitar sing and talk especially with the Wa!
Great chops
Hey Cameron,
Thank you for the comment man! I apprecaite that!
Hi, nice video.
Could you suggest one that has both volume and wah combined and foot switchable.

Hi Leigh, do you still have this wah? Hows the performance after 2 years? Thanks

I see, thank you@@LeighFugeGuitar
I have not owned a Crybaby yet. Might be time to change that
Do it! Everyone needs a wah! I don't use wah as much as I used to, but I love it!
Sold.
SOLD!
It's a great pedal man! I think you'll enjoy it.

@@LeighFugeGuitar well, I prefer the Q but am sentimentally attached to the 95 lol

Does it bass?
You know what... it probably does. I reckon on bass it would sound awesome on the low range sweep mode!
