I am almost through my cancer treatment and I can't wait for healing so I can eat salads and healthy food again- pretty much been on liquid and scrambled eggs after they cooled no seasonings. You are inspiring and give me hope I thank you for that-
This looks amazing! The only change I would make is to toss the greens with the dressing before assembling so you get an even coating of dressing rather than the dressing all sitting ontop of the ingredients.

This is the first RUclips channel that's actually helped me to completely change my diet and not just for a few days / weeks, it actually feels sustainable and the feeling in my stomach and overall energy have never been better! Modifications to taste: pickle red onions, balsamic vinegar, very thin shavings of parmesan, actually very small amount of spiced mayonnaise gives a lot of taste when mixed well to greens, coat chicken in dry rub marinade hours before frying.
Late to the party, but I found this video today and had to give it a shot. It's an incredibly easy recipe and love it! My wife and I tripled the portions so we can have leftovers so we're excited to have this throughout the week! My only adjustment was adding a splash of apple cider vinegar to the dressing to add a touch more acidity. Thanks and looking forward to seeing more recipes!

A quick tip! You can normally find (peanutflour. This should be exactly the same as pb2 (you only would need to add salt. Otherwise it’s pretty much the same and much cheaper. :)

do you have any tips for packing/making salads when you have school/work? I want to eat more salads but I feel like they get soggy or gross when I chop the vegetables/make it the night before.
Put tomatoes and dressings at the bottom, cheese/cucumbers, hearty firm veggies in the middle with protein, then the lettuce and other delicate veggies at the top, that way it will be less soggy.
I love making my own balsamic vinegrette, but the 3:1 oil to acid ratio to get that creamy emulsion really puts into perspective how fatty that dressing is.
How do we get the updates from Payhip for new recipes? I haven't had this one updated to your cookbook that I bought last week or does it take 2-3 business days?
To me, salads aren't filling at all. It's just a bunch of water with a small amount of protein; I'm full for 20-30 minutes but then I'm hungry again :/

Absolutely. The cocoa isn't that notable in the PBFit, but in a savory sauce, it'll really come through. You'll end up making a nice light molé sauce.

try peanut butter, but watch our for the macros, peanut butter or tahini they add amazing taste with little bit of crashed garlic

Yes, it's pretty similar without the skin.
I personally don’t like raw salads. I’d take AAAAALL this and toss it in a wok with a few sprays of oil before I could eat it.
When you weigh your meat, do you use the weight of the raw meat or use the weight after cooking it?
