Hey boss, how do we approve of getting message from Payhip so we can get updates to the cook book? I bought it a week a go but haven't gotten any updates as of yet for this newest video
I am almost through my cancer treatment and I can't wait for healing so I can eat salads and healthy food again- pretty much been on liquid and scrambled eggs after they cooled no seasonings. You are inspiring and give me hope I thank you for that-
This looks amazing! The only change I would make is to toss the greens with the dressing before assembling so you get an even coating of dressing rather than the dressing all sitting ontop of the ingredients.
Modifications to taste: pickle red onions, balsamic vinegar, very thin shavings of parmesan, actually very small amount of spiced mayonnaise gives a lot of taste when mixed well to greens, coat chicken in dry rub marinade hours before frying.
WOW!!! Talk about looking delicious and filling! Along with the suggestion from a couple others about tossing the dressing and greens, this is definitely going onto my "must make" list! Thanks for sharing this!
Hey Felu, love this. I've been doing something similar for a long time but I'm going to try out the dressing recipe. Been following your channel for the last 6 months while hitting the gym regularly. I'm lifting heavier than ever and so much fitter, clothes are also much looser! The PB2, Caesin and Yogurts have become staples of my weekly eating along with making sure I'm. hitting my protein and. veggies. This is the first RUclips channel that's actually helped me to completely change my diet and not just for a few days / weeks, it actually feels sustainable and the feeling in my stomach and overall energy have never been better! Keep up the good work, I love your content. Have a lovely weekend :)
The peanut sauce at the end sounds so good but I accidentally bought pbfit that has a bit of cocoa powder mixed in, I think it will still work there are a lot of savoury Mexican dishes that use chocolate
A quick tip! You can normally find (peanutflour. This should be exactly the same as pb2 (you only would need to add salt. Otherwise it’s pretty much the same and much cheaper. :)
do you have any tips for packing/making salads when you have school/work? I want to eat more salads but I feel like they get soggy or gross when I chop the vegetables/make it the night before.
Put tomatoes and dressings at the bottom, cheese/cucumbers, hearty firm veggies in the middle with protein, then the lettuce and other delicate veggies at the top, that way it will be less soggy.
How do we get the updates from Payhip for new recipes? I haven't had this one updated to your cookbook that I bought last week or does it take 2-3 business days?
I’m not a fan of dairy based salad dressings…..I’ll take my heart healthy Greek/Italian /Turkish EVOO any day….with white balsamic vinegar. Avocados, Yesss! 👍🏼
I love making my own balsamic vinegrette, but the 3:1 oil to acid ratio to get that creamy emulsion really puts into perspective how fatty that dressing is.
To me, salads aren't filling at all. It's just a bunch of water with a small amount of protein; I'm full for 20-30 minutes but then I'm hungry again :/

gotta make it look good for the thumbnail
Same, and it’s going to be a mess tossing so much vegetables 😂
Absolutely! I needed do do that because of my thumbnail
@@Felu could you please do high calorie recipes for weight gain / muscle gain ?
Felu is pushing out content like it’s Christmas at the wrong time of the year! 😂
There's no such thing as wrong time for christmass, how dare you! 😁

Hi Robert, thank you so much for your comment! It makes me very happy that my stuff is helping you :)
I saw this yesterday on your Instagram and was waiting for the recipe!! Can't wait to try it, looks amazing 😍😍
Hope you like it :)
Gonna need that cookbook!!!
I’ve eaten my fair share of 1.5+ lb salads in my day. This recipe will be a certified lifters classic!
Great recipe felu!! Love your channel. please keep the recipes coming... also I purchased your book as well but I am using the RUclips channel more :)
Love the cookbook BTW!!!
Thank you!

Absolutely. The cocoa isn't that notable in the PBFit, but in a savory sauce, it'll really come through. You'll end up making a nice light molé sauce.
@@JoseRodriguez-eu5ez that's exactly what I was thinking about lmao, I remember seeing a vid for molé ages ago and just remembered it
Hey man I love your videos - Do you think you could do some more vegetarian friendly options?
im hungry as fock and im gonna do this now. will get back in a few hours to see how my hunger is going
NOT HUNGRY
Salad is so enjoyable to eat, looks great 👌👌
Didn't expect ur video today. Nice
Enjoy :)
Dude that pb2 tip is ingenious! I need to find a way to get something like that
A quick tip! You can normally find (peanutflour. This should be exactly the same as pb2 (you only would need to add salt. Otherwise it’s pretty much the same and much cheaper. :)
PB2 is great! You can find it on Amazon
The salad turned out great! Thanks for the recipe.
Could you please share what application do you use to count the macros?
i think it's called my fitness buddy.
What can one who doesn't like yogurt or curd, could cream be good substitute..?
Does the book contain fibre info in the nutrient breakdown of each recipe or just kcal, pro, carb and fat?
Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤
Gonna buy that book. I box so I need this
Please do a video on home made English muffins!
Thanks for ending world hunger.
Hey Felu, I bought the cookbook and it's been fantastic. Thanks for doing all the videos and I love seeing your content!
Thank you so much! I will keep pumping out content
I absolutely love eating a big ass salad 🥗 daily.
To beat hunger, I eat roasted Brussels sprouts with Sriracha that beats it every time. (On a salad for example;)

No protein powder?
I think you forgot the macros in the description :)
If you only made the dressing, this vidoe would be worth it. That dressing is amazing... just used it on a sandwich and salad. What a hack!!!
When you weigh your meat, do you use the weight of the raw meat or use the weight after cooking it?
I weigh everything raw
How do we get the updates from Payhip for new recipes? I haven't had this one updated to your cookbook that I bought last week or does it take 2-3 business days?
I make updates in bulk every couple of weeks
@@Felu gotcha, thanks sir

Well that's gonna be my dinner
I’m not first, I’m not last, but when Felu uploads, I click fast!
Any substitution suggestions for the mustard in the dressing? My husband refuses to eat it!
You can just leave it out
try peanut butter, but watch our for the macros, peanut butter or tahini they add amazing taste with little bit of crashed garlic
BRO WEIGHING SALAD SKULL
Just comenting to say thank you and for the algorithm
I love making my own balsamic vinegrette, but the 3:1 oil to acid ratio to get that creamy emulsion really puts into perspective how fatty that dressing is.
I love balsamic dressings too but the amount of oil is just not worth it to me
This looks good. What can I substitute for the chicken? I can't eat beef either.
tofu, frozen shrimps (ofc fresh shrimp can too), eggs (but higher calories).
Tuna
Shrimp, Tuna or deli meat are all good protein sources.
Thank you for the suggestions.
How about using skinless chicken drumsticks? Macros are the same as thighs?
Yes, it's pretty similar without the skin.
dang, I thought since you got the sponsorship from Magic Spoon they started shipping to EU, but that's not the case ;/
Need a dairy free version for us lactose intolerant people
Volume 🔊
Anybody try magic spoon yet ?
That's way too much ingrideints used that is waster afterwards, I respect the end product, but what am I gonna do with all the wasted end products?
So sad that magic spoon only ships to 3 countries. Could have been a game changer
only problem is that this salad costs so much $
Wait, is magic spoon FINALLY delivering to Europe?
nope^^
I personally don’t like raw salads. I’d take AAAAALL this and toss it in a wok with a few sprays of oil before I could eat it.
To be honest I hate salad leaves with a little bit of chicken on it only really fills me up for like an hour and then I'm hungry again
Really nice but can ypu make more Vegeterian Foods :P
Just take out the chicken
I'm not a vegetarian myself and I'm honestly a big fan of meat. It's one of the best protein sources that exist
First comment! Your videos are awesome!
Thank you!
Shame the e-book is so expensive, I would have bought it.
I’d rather eat two avocados and no chicken parts
magic spoon sucks. just give me plain cheerios and ill take care of the rest flavor-wise myself. wont get stuck in my teeth
To me, salads aren't filling at all. It's just a bunch of water with a small amount of protein; I'm full for 20-30 minutes but then I'm hungry again :/
Give this one a shot, adding protein and some fats help
I’m not sure if the amount of dressing could coat all of the veggie.
But you lost me when the avocado came in 🤷♂️ sorry! It’s not eco friendly.
Bit of a tone deaf title.....shame
Thumbs down to magic spoon
