Kenalog is a steroid injection that the NHS stopped offering years ago because of the risk of serious side effects. Some private medical and aesthetic beauty clinics have been told to remove promotional posts for the jab from Facebook and Instagram. Context is extremely important - please do full research before copying and pasting information from the internet. It was banned for patients with Hay fever because of its excipients. Triamcinolone is FDA approved and used every day by Board Certified Dermatologists in the US. If you read that article further that you copy and pasted the NHS in the UK is asking medi spas to stop administering to people with hay fever. You would have to pull literally every derm product off the shelf and close every Derm practice down that is using Triamcinolone. Thanks for your engagement though

Are you taking all 4 pills at the same time or dividing into 2 doses? I heard the pills should be taken after a meal containing fat.
You can do it either way as long as you take them within the 24 hr period I either take them all at once or break them up

Hey my love :) be encouraged there is hope for you but first thing is you need to figure out why you are shedding so you can know to to treat it. Biotin or none of this stuff will work for you if there is an underlying issue causing your hair to shed. So first thing you’re going to do is schedule an appointment with a dermatologist that specializes in hair loss restoration. Checkout this site to find one - ask for a scalp evaluation and a personal hair growth plan. Take it from there ! I promise you 6 months from now if you follow what I’m saying your hair will thrive

I take collagen and viviscal and just got the newer viviscal in a bottle, I’ve been dealing with hair shed since 14 and I’m 40 now 😭 my son was diagnosed with alopecia areata and I think I have it too but it’s more excessive hair shedding and not in bald circles like his. My hair is looking thinner than ever but the thing is, when I take these supplements, it makes my hair grow long and really fast but not thick like or doesn’t really fill in the thin spots like where my hair is parted, it looks wide. Is that normal to experience when taking these supplements? It’s only suppose to make our hair grow faster not thicker? 😢
Hey my love, Vivisical will grow your hair longer and nutrafol helps with thickness and density but neither of these can treat hair loss. Sounds like you have a different form of alopecia and you need to see a Derm because you may have a more severe case and treating yourself at home is not enough. Please schedule an appointment with a dermatologist that specializes in hair of color and it also seems like there are tests you need to take to check your hormones so I would also recommend an endocrinologist. I really hope this helps you need professional help my love

@@sheilamiller1064 Minoxidil is a great alternative. It's less expensive, proven to help regrow hair and stop shedding, AND it's available over the counter. Costco is the best deal I've seen on it.
Sis I can only tell you what I’m doing to help my bald spot and hair thinning. First off I’ve never had thick hair to begin. So not trying to get thick hair just want the hair back I had as a child before care free curls and relaxers and hair weave. I first off stop wearing wigs and started wearing silk scarfs all throughout the day especially when I sleep. Water is a form of moisture which many of our people don’t like to wash and condition their hair daily but it helps a lot. Biotin oils mixed with an other few oils like peppermint, ect, give it a message for a few minutes a day. Last but not least coconut water in a spray bottle. It seems like a lot of work but tell me if you see results please after two months of this process.

I, and 2 other friends, took it for a month and we all had beautiful results in just that time! But the next month, when life happens and you don't have the $90, ALL the new growth fell out and MORE! So, from our experience, one has to continue taking it, can't STOP! But it does work...I give it that!
