You have the loving attention of the most beautiful and powerful being in the universe! Why did God rest on the seventh day of creation? Because He had found the object of His love and had no need of any further works!
The Sabbath comes to us first as a divine commitment before it ever becomes a commandment. We love because He first loved us.
