Up untill 1990's he did. But after that he started to have some trouble reaching those high notes, due to poor technical preparing and a throat infection he had in 1994. But he's an awesome singer.

I never thought Ian's voice was a good fit for Black sabbath. Deep Purple, yeah. I liked the title cut from 7th Star though.
