Wow yeah that what I struggle with ending turns with in attitude or arabesque. I would always lose my balance but this video made a lot of sense and I find this helpful. Hi Claudia: I'm an adult ballet / pointe student that wishes to be able to do plie releve on one leg en pointe in the center. Could you explain the technique behind it, please? I'm decently strong, but I don't seem to be able to spring up onto pointe on one leg. Love your videos!!! Thank you!!
So I was practicing my Bluebird variation from The Sleeping Beauty and there was a sort arabesque where on are is by your ear "listening" and the other is extended, they called it "listening arabesque", it wasn't a turn but had movement to it before going to the actual arabesque, do you know the name of it?
