I used to work at Riverfront Plaza back in the day and would walk this area after work. One of the few things I miss about working downtown are all the scenic places to walk after work.
I was just in Richmond for vacation to visit my family. My sisters and I did this walk along the channel just last week! It was great ! The city did a great job revitalizing this area. We also walked Bells Island along the James River.

Richmond is a great place, with so much history and so much to do. Relatively short drives to the ocean and the mountains!
