Blessings for a good recovery- I’m a 3x back surgery patient- please take care of yourself after surgery, not just for a few months but forever so you don’t have to repeat surgeries- I will be glad to talk with you about my experience if you like .
Hey thanks so much! I hope that you are living pretty pain free as well! And thank you for always being so supportive of our little channel. It means more than you know belty cat.
@@DownSouth_Adventures very welcome- I know when you are having back surgery every body has some advice, I’ve been there , but if I could tell you one thing that is - just because you FEEL like you can do something it doesn’t mean you should do it
Thank you so much, Jeremy. I’m so glad I found you. You’re providing such helpful information. I must admit that some of this is very familiar with me, as I underwent left total hip replacement in Dec 2023; and right total hip replacement in Feb 2024. So I already have all of the aids you mentioned here. I thought I could hold off longer for back surgery. But I’m getting progressively worse at a faster pace now. I’m seeing my spine surgeon in 3 weeks to schedule my surgery (L4/5 Laminectomy and Fusion). I honestly feel it’s going to be a huge challenge to wait that long. Believe me, I’ll be calling to see if there are earlier appointments available! In the meantime, I am following you and your lovely wife. Thank you for sharing your journey. I keep you in my prayers. 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼
Good morning. I am 4 wks out out of a L2 -L5 fusion. 2 rods and 8 screws.. Must say the first couple of days were not pretty. Good and bad days. get tired easily. up to walking 3miles. getting stronger every day. Just follow Drs orders.... Good luck and speedy recovery!!!!!
Thanks so much Mary you rock! I can feel my feet and wiggle my toes for the first time in 10 years, so I’m calling it a whopping success! Check out the new video. We posted of me waking up heavily medicated after surgery lol.
Get well soon I hope to see you all one day at a jeep show i will miss this up coming event but hope there is another one soon when u can also get around better thanks

ALIF coming up JUne 5th... my plan and I don't care is to piss and poop in the walk in shower for the first week or so. ZERO bending and easy wash up.
A $30 bidet from Amazon will be your best friend! I’ll post the review of it on the channel tomorrow
