I can only comment on Super Bikes, since that's the only one in the series I have played so far. They are such different games that I can't really say one is necessarily "better" than the other. Super Bikes appears to be more about jumps and tricks, while this game is all about mastering the turns with drifting. Both games have a ton of rubber banding, so it's not like it's that difficult to beat the computer players, but it does appear to me that there would be a lot more skill involved in mastering R-Tuned.

I had actually completely forgotten about how I unlocked the cars, but I was able to dig up the information again from a forum post. "There should be an option in test menu to unlock all cars from the start. I think it's setting "Card System" to off." " However, when I go to game assignments, the card system and the language options are missing. :(: EDIT: I found out, I had to change the region to EXPORT. Now I could set the card system to off, and all cars are unlocked. Thanks!" Regarding the FFB, my only experience with this game was with a regular gamepad. I would suggest going on the TeknoParrot Discord server and asking about that.
Seems that Lindbergh games still have some problems on TeknoParrot. In addition to this game, Sega Race TV and Rambo have similar audio problems. Let's Go Jungle has a different issue with missing sounds.
