    Lovely host and guest, too. Amazing insights and really simplified!!! I rarely watch or read links on weight loss/nutrition. My family body-shamed me as a child and even now as a 42-year-old. So I did not want to put any effort into weight loss. For someone like me who hears about weight loss or diets at home 24/7, i never thought i would listen to this completely as well.

      Hi Akash,
      Contrary to popular belief, ghee is a source of saturated fat.. however, it is always the AMOUNT and time of the day its consumed that matters.
      A limited amount is in fact healthy & needed :)
