I've had this camera almost three weeks (coming from the Z6II) and it's fantastic. If you are looking for Z glass I highly recommend the Z 24-120mm f4 S, it's a very versatile lens. If you are a prime person the Z 50mm 1.8 S is crazy sharp. One thing that people may not realize with this IBIS, the camera/sensor will center the stabilization where your focus point is, where other cameras keep the stabilization center focused even if your subject is not in the center. Hope you enjoy your Nikon! 😎📷
Found your channel and this is the first time I watched one of your video. The tests covered simply situation, but important when buying the camera for enthusiast use as a hybrid shooter.
We were also surprised that it did so well. The colors in this one is close to the Canons colors. The Nikons raw format for photos is not as compatible as the Canons at the moment, just something to be aware of.
DR is maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of a stop less than the Z6II / Zf, which are stellar. Non-issue, certainly the positives of the fast semi-stacked sensor outweigh this minor difference of low light extremes.

How’s the auto focus?

That selfie walk comparison showed the Nikon not grabbing or losing focus much more than the Canon.
Thanks for the review!
Great review, thanks!
The video looks great I like it.
I currently shoot canon but the quality is so I have to say it.

24-120 should be the lens

On the left is Nikon original and right is Nikon adjusted in post
I heard there's a shadow fluttering problem, can you check?
stabilization test is not kinda fair, as nikon is closed to center and r8 is far from center makes it more worbly
Ive read DR is apsc level…whats your thoughts?
