Ingredients:
1. Butter- 3 tbsp
2. Onion- 1 medium sized
3. Garlic- 1 tsp
4. Refined flour/wheat flour- 3 tbsp
5. Water/Vegetable stock- as needed
6. Carrot- 1 medium sized
7. Broccoli- 1 pc(head) or 1.5 cups
8. Salt- as per taste
9. Black pepper- 1 tsp
10. Milk- 1 cup or as needed
11. Cheddar/Processed cheese- 1 cup
