I like working out honestly but then when I'm in the habit of working out, I get my periods , so that link gets broken which is v frustrating cause of the mood swings and pain and the craving during periods, so then after my periods it's a really big challenge for me to get myself to workout:(
this month i was like, kuch bhi hojaaye ill work outt. soo i worked out even through my periods (pushed myself, it was hard) buttt let me tell you, the sense of accomplishment afterwards 😙👌🙌👏. also, its been proven that working out regularly can help ease period pain, next month you wont even feel anything.

my experience as a procrastinator: I would set up goals like from January 1 or from my birthday and so on but always, always gave up! But there are several ways I tricked myself yourself into it! *I plug in my earphones* and play BTS, Doja Cat, Mamamo, Nora Fatehi item songs, and other artists that push me to dance, after a few songs, I think, Chalo yar 20 hi minute ki to bat hai ek Chloe Ting workout kar lete hai! And it worked like a charm for me! It had become a habit that now I don't even have to bribe myself! If you get bored by the same songs like me, then keep updating your playlist with music that keeps your energy high! *Know your timing!* I used to push myself to workout in the mornings and it would make me dizzy, I would *just not have the energy!* But when I tried in evenings!!! OMG! I realized that workout could be FUN! (and TMI so sweaty! in a good way lol) pata hi nahi chalta hai time kab beeta! Another thing that was immensely helpful; *make your own set of workouts!* add your favorite ones or the ones that are easier to you and you don't dread doing, that way on days when you feel lazy, you could rely on your own set that's easy and takes less time! something is better than nothing. I have watched hundreds of videos from Chloe Ting, fitness blender, Less Mills and so many other fitness youtubers who have amazing workout programs, for free! that I couldn't believe there were exercises that I actually like!! *Also, exercise for yourself!* I remember earlier, I used to think of working out only when people made fun of me, body shamed me, and that never lasted longer than a week, as I was only getting uncomfortable because of what people said. But now, I workout because I like the energy it gives me, it cleanses my minds and so many risktaking decisions that push me to step out of my comfort zone and are important for my growth are taken during this time lol! I somehow become confident while working out! even when I socially anxious most times. :) I hope you get started and keep going.
I started working out coz I feared i had PCOD (thank God which isn't the case), I felt so guilty to have ignored my body all this time and I realized how part of "Love Yourself" concept is also to love your own body and give it what i needs. So I started with chhotu exercises like Jumping jacks, leg raises etc. BTS playlist and Jungkook's workout videos did wonders and yes now i can say am regular. You are a true influencer. I have been body shaming alot from past few months. I always start working out and then I leave it in middle and curse myself for doing it. I was literally at a point where I was gonna give up but your video popped up. I just loved this lines “Don’t work out because you hate your body, work out because you love your body.” This is so important and sometimes its too hard to love our body or love ourselves the way we are.

I started workout a few weeks ago and it's really amazing !!! Even it's not really possible to work out for 1 hour cause 10th is really pressure but I started doing it myself . I just wanted to share cause u seem like a very nice didi 😉❤️

Try controlling your diet first, start slow. When you have a healthy diet you already start feeling light, and working out becomes easy. And she is absolutely right about changing the routine, that always helps.

You are a true influencer. I have been body shaming alot from past few months. I always start working out and then I leave it in middle and curse myself for doing it. I was literally at a point where I was gonna give up but your video popped up. I just loved this lines “Don’t work out because you hate your body, work out because you love your body.” This is so important and sometimes its too hard to love our body or love ourselves the way we are.
