Great video...I also enjoy hearing your stories. My dad was in Vietnam (pilot), my uncle was in Vietnam (sailor) and my grand-dad was in WWII (Army). I always enjoyed listening to them talk.
Keep rambling! Your military experience really enhances your playthroughs. With the location cards, you can swap the proxies with the actual location cards as soon as you draw them, not when you're ready to play them. This simulates choosing the best route if multiple locations are in your hand(s).
Love your video brother, just a quick note: When they say you or [Any Soldier] that means if you pay an experience point, you can assign it to any soldier, otherwise only the soldier with that card can use it.
Player Soldiers have 2 unless they say otherwise (they normally don’t), NPC’s and Squads will say how many they have (normally more when you have more health)
Great video. Wish there was more content out for this amaizng game. I just got the PMC expansion in the mail, looking forward to trying it. Quick rules question. at 36:14, don't only do a reinforcemnt draw if you have soldiers in that location?
ArcadEd - Ed Farias Should be, yes. You only check for reinforcements if a soldier is at that location. Which then creates a need to move your guys through with a purpose, otherwise enemies can potentially keep spawning.
Extra packs are down to you really in a personal preference. You would have to ask DVG about specific weapons in packs because I don't remember from that far back. BGG might have a file with a list as well.
+Howard Jones absolutely there is a tactical sense to it. I find the most meaningful choices you have besides troops and gear is the pace you sent for yourself during the mission. Go slow and you can take out more opponents but might run out of time, but if you try to rush the objective you can get overwhelmed quickly.
Be proud of your service, we love your stories (and the game) !
"I'm not going to go through all these weapons."
*goes through all the weapons*
Gimpy, you rock, brother! Great series. Cheers!

Just stumbled across your channel. Thanks for your service. Loving your playthroughs. I also subscribed. 👍
Thanks for the support! Semper Fi
Love the rambling and extra flavor you add.
Yep, body armor was heavy as hell but I was glad to wear it in theater.

Yes I was a Marine
Thank you for your service! Really enjoyed the video. Looking forward to the next part.

Thank you for your service but not gonna lie I got hooked into this game because of the soldiers lol and weapons
5:41 I loved Hot Dogs. I guess I'm crazy. I liked Beef Ravioli as well.

If you move your Location Card/Mission Cards/Objective Cars one to the right and you can put the enemy cards right on top of the propper cards ;)
Good video; But I'm wondering were'd you get that cool dicetower??
Have you played the Skyscraper expansion?
No DVG stopped speaking to me for a unknown reason.
love the stories !!! The cards you showed .... is that expansion 1,2,3 or was it more then that ?
I think that's most all of the modern expansions (at the time) other than night fighting stuff
How to you determine actions? Is it the number of health points?
Player Soldiers have 2 unless they say otherwise (they normally don’t), NPC’s and Squads will say how many they have (normally more when you have more health)

A significant centrifugal force is required to arm a 40mm, but hitting it w a hammer is still a really bad idea.
Yep lol. I can't remember exactly how far it has to travel to activate but I think it's somewhere around 5-7 rotations before it does.
TheGimpyGamer. About 40 to 50 ft.
Ok, after watching the video I'm buying this game now, what extra packs should I get with it? Which ones have sniper riffles?

@@thegimpygamer Thanks a bunch!
How does it compare to Lock 'n Load Tactical and Fields of Fire? Do you think there's a tactical sense to the game?

good plqythrough
fighting cartels in the Jungle? do you have Cellulose bomb card?
I forget the reload every game as well. I think my brain is focused on getting the kill, so only looking at the high numbers.
