I've mentioned this elsewhere, but I think the Warfighter system would also be excellent for doing a cyberpunk themed game. Could also fit ongoing campaign features regarding mission earnings, and purchasing/upgrading ammo, weapons, cybernetics, etc between missions. Running a futuristic merc team in megacorp urban wars setting. B-)

That bullit die has been showing nothing but 1’s ! I suspect it is sliding in your dice tower more than it rolls! :) You are seriously skewing the RNG there, haha.
I’d switch to a normal d6 if I were you. The game is brutal enough without the player ‘gimping’ his chances! :)
