Ko'olau Summit Trail (Pali Puka) | Best Hikes on Oahu | HAWAII Hiking

Ko'olau Summit Trail is a short, steep, and somewhat technical trail that passes by the Pali Puka (a window or hole in the rock). The trail to the summit after the Puka is very steep and hard, but the views from the top are worth it if you are comfortable with this type of hike. The views from the puka (window) are amazing as well so you can always stop there if you want. There were ropes on the steeper sections when I did this hike.
