18:39 he stopped his gun.
small-time cash given the cost of a decent fitted over and under.
turned off in the middle, i probably have nightmares about fiocchi now, if i wanted to watch commercials every 2 minutes i would turn on tv
What’s the name of this sport?

Honestly, get rid of the back ground music

what front sights do these pros use?
81marcosv they don't use any unique front sights, just whatever comes on their unique gun. (I'm not sure how much you know about clay shooting, but just in case you don't know, all of these guns just have a very small beed for the front sight, they aren't like rifles or tactical shotgun sights)
Sadly no, I'm sorry to say you're ignorant about shotguns. You don't ever use sights like a rifle. If you look down the barrel ever time you're going to miss. It's all hand eye coordination.

it has been a while since this post. I have since become adequate at the ol' shotgun (average 45-47 / 50 clays for 5-stand and sporting clays). Never said I stare down the barrel my focus is always on the bird. I like using a small orange bead that helps me break those flat running crossers. It is very instinctive but the size of the bead helps my shot placement when the target is small and running flat.

I know its a bead but they vary. Fiber optic sight kits come with different colors and sizes for you guessed it....shotguns. competitors consider all variables when a match can be won or lost by one bird. I am not sure how much you know about winning

"What?" is right
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Where were the supporters at the end of the match? The stands were empty.
Graham Cotton Mainstream media make the shooting sports a bad thing. So people don't realize that there are matches on.
Graham Cotton it took place at night time of the very last day of the national championships, most people were on their flights home to get to work the next day
If Fiocchi is the sponsoring ammunition company, why are they both shooting Remington STS loads??
I was googling the ammo and couldnt find the rounds on fiocchis site, but the box made me go for Rem STS.
Could you make those targets any easier?
Sign up $10000 could be yours
Would one use a gun with 50/50 POI for this since the clays are moving horizontally? Does it matter very much?
A 50/50 POI is standard and essentially necessary. Not all targets are rising when they are shot. In fact, most are dropping or staying flat at the time of the shot. For reference, a 60/40 POI produces a pattern centered 3 inches high at 30 yards. So, with targets ranging from 30-70 yards, you can see how a higher POI could be disastrous. To answer your question more bluntly, yes it matters a lot!
It does not matter very much. Shooting SC with a slightly high shooting gun is fine. It's harder to shoot trap with a flat shooting gun because you can't see the clay through the barrel.
So you can use a trap gun for skeet and sporting clays better than a sport gun for trap.

What chokes use?? M , IM , FULL. ??
???
Franco Sanna I think they use skeet chokes. As for myself I use full and modified
Shawn Darling they definitely don't use skeet chokes especially at the range of some of those targets, my guess would be probably light mod + mod, or mod + Improved mod
It all depends on the targets. I would say they are using improved mod for the finals here. I have shot with cherry, powell and nelson and all of them shot full or IM on almost everything. That was in Florida and down there most targets are far away and moving pretty fast. So IM or Full works well. I now live in Montana and out here targets are alot closer so LM or IC is used more here.
If you are asking what chokes to buy for sporting clays I would say full, M and IC 2 of each if you have an over/under. This is what most guns come with to start and these are great if you are just starting in sporting clays.
After you have shot for a while and if you have the money I would say get improved mod. This is great for longer targets. Hope this helps
Skeet??? The closest target there is 30 yards away.
