ZoneFighter1 Yes, looping is the same thing as dubbing. Other film industries in which they record all the sound after filming include the Italian film industry (at least when their films would employ an international cast), and the Hong Kong film industry (up until the late 1990's).
I noticed this on the last few episodes; why does the panel only get one question each when they used to get two? There's STILL 3 sets of challengers so why the less time?
I think I will start voting again. I was right about "Wrong Way Corrigan" in the previous episode (he wasn't that difficult, though) and about Mohana in this. ;)
***** I didn't remember the exact time difference, but I thought that maybe #3 was correct about that, because I *did* remember that the time in India is a half hour off from our time, in addition to whatever number of hours difference there is. I know this mostly from phone conversations with technical support representatives who are based in India, and I was surprised when I first learned of it. Of course, I don't know if it was that way in 1957 or not.
I had a smile when Nr. 2 said he crossed the border from Hungary to Austria in a TOWN called Nickelsdorf! The name is correct but Nickelsdorf is a small village with 1500 citizens! Im Austrian and live in Vienna.....40km away!
I think the thing is that, in the United States, they almost *never* use the word "village"--unless it is used for touristic purposes. Even the smallest cluster of houses that has a general store and a gas station is a "town"--even if it's unincorporated.

I was "sure the "real" Beverly Elliott was #2. She was the best-looking, by far--and she had the wide shoulders that we'd associate with with a weightlifter.
retrorex Obviously, judging beauty is subjective, but I thought all three of them were pretty enough to have won beauty contests. I actually thought #2 was most likely to be strong enough to be a weightlifter, due to her larger overall build, but I almost never guess correctly on this show. ;)
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course, but I just didn’t think the beauty queen weightlifter was anything but average, maybe even a bit below. She probably came with hair unstyled and no whoop-te-doo makeup on in order to fool the panel. It worked in my regard; I didn’t pick her because I didn’t think she was pretty at all.

I'm with retrorex. They're all pretty, but only #2 looks like a pageant winner.
According to imdb, she never did another acting role after this appearance. Maybe her family honour killed her for appearing on television.
