Thank you for joining us on this crazy journey! Our family- Kate and Marius plus our five kids, have always enjoyed living a homemade life whenever possible. Moving 1000 miles north in 2017 to Northern BC, Canada upped our game even more. We live on a 34 acre homestead and get a kick out of things like raising our own meat, dairy and vegetables. Theres plenty of failures, you’ll be sure to see those here too. We’re a homeschooling family who believes life is the best teacher but we do hit the books in winter. I’m so glad you’re here, I hope you stick around!

So great to visit with you. The foam perfection on that coffee! Thank the Lord for our goats. FYI... We had a off taste starting in our girls' milk, and the problem was they needed more kobalt, in case anyone needs that tip. Thanks to you, I started making a 4 gallon batch wheel of hard cheese every week from our goat milk.

Are your children's names common in a specific country? I like them but they are a bit unusual, in a nice way. .
Honestly, besides Mac (tradition in Marius' family), all the kids names are just ones we loved once the babies were born. Marius came up with most of them, but we both had to agree so sometimes that took more than a day or two!
