ALL BLOOD MOON FISHING ITEMS + ENEMIES in Terraria 1.4 Journey's End, Full guide, Blood Moon Fishing

In this Terraria 1.4 Journey's End guide/ tutorial, I will be covering all the blood moon fishing items/ weapons/ accessories/ mounts etc, obtainable in version Terraria 1.4 Journey's End (Terraria 1.4 (how to get/ how to craft blood moon fishing/ blood moon items), that you can get in the game from blood moon fishing. To begin getting items from blood moon fishing in Terraria, you will need to have a blood moon occur either naturally or using the new blood moon summoning item, the bloody tear. From here you will use a fishing rod to pull up enemies to fight, similar to the duke fishron boss. These enemies include the wandering eye fish and zombie merman in pre-hardmode in Terraria 1.4 Journey's End, however after hardmode begins, there is the blood eel, haemogoblin shark and Dreadnautilus. These blood moon fishing enemies drop unique blood moon fishing items/ weapons/ buffs. I also cover how to start blood moon fishing / how to summon the dreadnautilus/ how to summon the haemogoblin / how to summon the blood eel in this video.
The items and enemies mentioned in this video include: wandering eye fish, zombie merman, haemogoblin shark, blood eel, dreadnautilus. Bloody tear, advanced combat techniques, chum caster, chum buckets, Haemorrhaxe, blood moon monolith, blood rain bow, vampire frog staff, sanguine staff, blood thorn, drippler crippler.

Is it just me or is blood moon fishing obsolete? I did a full play through in master mode and by the time I had good enough gear to defeat the blood moon fishing enemies in both pre-hardmode and hard mode, the weapons I got from it were not as good as my current equipment.

It's probably better balanced for classic mode than master mode

fair point, I think its good if you rndomly stumble across a blood moon and get the items but not worth grinding fishing to get the items if that makes sense.

It does give the opportunity to snag some good items early if you're skilled enough, similar to how you could potentially defeat Duke Fishron near the start of hardmode and get buffed up early

FoxBot used the drippler crippler against the destroyer, along with a specialised arena, it shredded, easiest kill of my life (excluding Daedalus 1.3 of course)

When I used the drippler crippler, the way you fire the projectiles is too throw it in a straight line if it hits anything before that a projectile will not fire (great video btw I learned a lot )

I think the chum caster needs to have a small chance to spawn the blood moon fishing enemys while it's not a blood moon

Fortnite Battle Bus bloody tears really uncommon tho, unless you have an afk farm it’s unlikely you’ll get it in a reasonable amount of time.

Projectile bounces and pierces both use the same "use pool" (so like if a projectile can pierce two enemies and hit a third, then then projectile can bounce once, pierce one enemy, then hit a second one.) so this might be what's going on with the Drippler Crippler, I'm not sure if you tested that already so I'd thought I'd share my two sense just in case

I have played in a new file for a while and have not yet encountered a blood moon and I really wanted the sanguine staff so I tried to activate it by sleeping to increase the odds and cause one and I swear to god I have slept through like 30 nights and haven’t caused one yet any suggestions?

tried all of them for 24hrs, couldn't survive less than 20sec, didn't do single dmg as spider armor spider staff spider queen staff and cool whip, soo fuck that.
everything you dodge with putting platforms up and down doesn't help, they can change their direction to where you dodge
