- Graeme O'Neil takes a look at Anita Baker's concert on Wednesday night that was delayed more than 2 hoursw, which meant opening act Babyface couldn't take the stage.
I remember selling magazines when I was 19 and some of my peers went to Anita’s house in Michigan. They said she was very rude
How many years ago was that? Perhaps she was going through something. Stop vilifying this lady. Babyface is no saint either. He has issues too. Both are talented but not a fan of either one.
This story is true my husband was her mail carrier and he said she was horrible. I met her a few times she was very standoffish...I just treated her like she was super regular

If I had to sue her for my money heLL to the no would I do a tour with her. Like Maya Angelo has said, IF THEY SHOW YOU WHO THEY ARE THE FIRST TIME BELIEVE IT.
Sue her for what something she didn't do, there was a problem with sound check the whole concert, however she still should have brought baby face out. And learn how to spell and get out of your feelings.

But in reality a lot of social media started a lot of blogs and comments making it seem like he was talking down on Miss Anita and Miss Anita was talking down on baby face that's the problem we have with social media

I feel that all of the technical issues took up a lot of time and maybe there was only a certain amount of time allotted at the venue. Since she was I guess the main act a choice had to be made and Anita was allowed to perform. As far as what drama they may have had in the past, they are two very grown adults and have apparently moved on from that or they wouldn’t be touring together Grown folks know how to get over ish and keep it moving. Whomever was in charge of the sound stage and any other technical matters should be the one catching the heat ( in my opinion) I don’t know which camp chose the musical director or if he’s part of the venue’s staff. I hope that this is cleared up before there is division among the fans where someone gets dragged for something that may not be their fault. I’m keeping an open mind until the full and true story is told. $hit happens. ☮️❤️
Why it wasn't set up early is weird. I've seen multiple musicians do sound checks during the show - Stevie Wonder, Lana Del Rey and Mariah Carey. It happens.
That's not what was going on I was there things were already set up they were just having issue with the sound check during the whole show, it wasn't her fault they messed up on their own. We could barely hear her singing. You gives going in on her but yet wasn't there to witness anything. I saw it all. The mic was a big problem she kept saying turn the volume down or turn it up because we couldn't heat her sing so we sing the song for her. They took baby face stuff off the stage is what they didn't and didn't even say anything about it.

I was at that show, it was Technical issues, Timing and a Judgment call because the show would have ran over, they did there best the show would have ran over.. Overall Anita performed a great show😄😄

First and foremost if you guys weren't there to witness anythinf that please stop saying stuff. They been doing the sound check on the mic there was sonething wrong withe volume they messed it up. They kept testing it and testing it out even while she was o. Stage singing. She ssid turn the volume down they made it seem like she was a problem when selhe wasn't. However she asked baby face not to sing which he could have sing one song. You guys going in and the fact you guys don't know what hapoened im telling i was there don't blame her at all seriously.

@JASON Dawson Because they going by hear say I was there to witness everything, they left because baby face didn't come on stage which I don't blame them, I thinks she is canceling him from coming on stage tho which is wrong
