yep , The song was named "Machu Picchu" for the mountain .. and the riff is used in Andean music, sounds like Peru more in music than in the letter :). But you are right the song is not dedicate, is more like a tribute
Why can't we have awesome crowds like these in the states more often? I long to go to European festivals some day not just for the acts, but for the desire to be a part of such great audiences.

I’ve seen the strokes in Hyde Park in London and also in Seattle twice now - the crowd in Seattle was way more hyped than the Hyde Park show in my experience
