Just finished reading "The Lone Survivor", amazing book. Thought I would make a tribute video of these brave men. Can't wait for the movie to come out in 2014. Thanks for viewing.

These guys showed their true valor from the moment when they decided to leave the shepherds unharmed, to their last breath. These men - the seals and the airmen who perished while attempting to rescue them without support from Apaches, all deserve our most respect. RIP

These courageous men will forever be remembered, also the ones who were shot down in the helicopter rescue attempt. To Sea member Luttrell if you had of attempted to rescue Mike, you too would of been gun downed, and there would of been no one to tell of their bravery under fire.- God preserved you for a reason, to be the voice for the entire team. If you had of attempted to Rescue him it would not of succeeded, and your death would of been fin vain. You saw what the Taliban did with the remains.. You are the voice for the entire team, please never forget that.

I had the privilege of attending The Patriot Tour in SLC. I have never been so touched by a story. I bought the book and am reading it. I can not wait until this movie comes out. Seal Team 10 will never be forgotten! along with the other brother that were lost that fateful day. May they rest in eternal peace and know they fought the good fight. They are the true American Hero's!

highest amount of respect for these men and the debt they paid. as an aspiring seal currently it makes me feel like i made the right decision to join the navy especially after watching this. god bless these men and their familes and i thank them and all military personel whoever had to make the ultimate sacrafice. I was honored to work at Marcus's wedding. Met him and his friends...heroes all...I was humbled by their ability to be real people after all they have been through. God bless them all.
I was honored to meet and train with these guys before they left for Afghanistan. I proudly display their patch in my patrol car, they keep me safe!

Not everyone died in Operation Redwing. And it's not SEALS, it's SEALs. But I still tear up everytime I see a pic of Murphy.

I at least have read lone survivor 10 times,I'm not Amercian,But I get everything Marcus said in his story.I guess deep side of us,we r all the same.I don't mind reading it over and over.It's been part of my life
everytime i see this pict an people on this image....goosebumps...i'm imagine if i there and be a lone survivor see the image of my friends that try to keep each other...speechless...

I am 10 but I'm in tears. I've read all of it and I feel terrible. They suffer and die for us. Nobody care. All the kids think the guns and gear are cool but they don't care that the men died for them.

Its sad to see how many people don't even recognize those acts of bravery during the day by day. We are only living in peace because some of us are giving their lives to make war and protect us.
War that happens inside the cities or all around the world.

Does anyone know where some of those memorials are located? I would love to visit them sometime, these men were incredible. I get chills up my spine every time I watch the movie trailer and this. I'm sure I'm not the only one. My heart goes out to all families of servicemen past and present and the servicemen themselves.

question the mission?they went into that mountain pass(voluntarily mission made by them).and the glory is that they fought for each other.each man died a slow and painful death just to let one man live...that was the glory in their deaths. showing that it takes 2 shot into the neck 1 into the stomach and 1 straight into the heart to kill one very amazing man. These 4 men went into that pass to kill a man who was placing bombs killing both solders (which is fighting like a cowered)& civilians
us suvillions need to think more of the heros that made it home and start thin king of the liveing not the dead.

The United States may not be perfect. Weve done wrong. Yes were powerful but nothing breaks our hearts and tears us in two is when we bring home a fallen american. The U.S has spent so much money for everyone. Because yes we can be mean but we all love you no matter what. These men loved freedom and were ready to defend it and yes one survivor returned but not just to be known as a hero...but to spread the story that bold spartan 1 laid down their lives, not just for U.S but for everyone around the world could get another day to keep living free from terror.
